Reason why they deserve award- KSI Baccus has been a excellent leader of Wicked Intent, he played a huge role in the LGC split from WI after KSI Ninja 7 stepped down from Division Leader of WI back in June. Since that month, Wicked Intent has stayed at Flagship status and the division numbers are approaching 400 because of his guidance and knowledge. He has helped KSI 30thMidget and my own brother KSI Sad Tempah shape into excellent officers and leaders of Venom (the squad I call home) and we are almost at a squad split!!! He created the WI Officers tag so that all the officers in WI could keep in contact and get to know each other. Honestly I have never met Baccus personally, but I don't have to, to see the great work he is doing. I always hear positive comments about him from officers in Venom.

Reason why they deserve award- Again like KSI Baccus, I have never personally met Protocol 7, but does not mean he has not done an excellent job as Co Founder. Protocol 7 I hear runs Wicked Intent's COD squads efficiently and at one point had to be general over two successfully before he and Baccus found the right officers for the positions. He takes his responsibilities very seriously like a "7" should and knows when to have fun, too. From the few WI COD members I have met like Apollo 7000, they say nothing, but great things about him. He makes sure SGTs are recruiting properly and that no blacklisted members get into the squads he overlooks. He even pops on the Halo side of WI a few times to help mentor Venom and Crysis officers.

Reason why they deserve award- KSI Hermosa really really really deserves this award. She takes charge of Killjoy TW with the upmost pride and knowledge that you find in "7s". She is not afraid to tell a member when they have made a mistake and she does it kindly so the member does not get upset. She is kind and understanding like she has been very supportive of me and has helped me shape my officer skills. As a general she makes sure everyone in her squad and outside her squad is not left out like she invites me to her squad's game nights all the time even though I am not in her squad or division. Without her, I would be playing alone sometimes on Halo 4 bored lols. Hermosa you are an amazing friend and someone I can honestly call my mentor.

Reason why they deserve the award- Adam has been a great mentor and friend since I joined KSI. He helps run Venom with Tempah and Ghost Prod. He leads by example as a captain and everyone in Venom respects him. He gets online when he is needed and plays to have fun which is what KSI is all about. He makes sure us SSGTs and SGTs are training and recruiting properly along with making sure new members have the correct security settings. He also connects with members on a personal level by asking how people's days are going. Plus he helps run the SWAT and forge teams too.

Reason why they deserve award- Blackhorse acts like and performs duties like a captain does. He is polite, professional, and calm like a Captain or higher should be. He never gets upset with members and is a friend to all. He helps KSI FlyingGuppy run the grifball team successfully and is a highly respected member in Venom. He is always coming up with good ideas for Venom and is always eager to help train new members and assist in running game nights each week. He even learned how to do meeting notes without Tempah having to help him through it.

Reason why they deserve award- ToxicRain is an amazing officer and friend. She doesn't just look out for members in her own squad but also members in other squads and divisions like me. When I first joined KSI, I didn't have many friends and she went out of her way to friend me and play with me constantly. She always takes the time to read my messages about my day and problems and helps me with problems. Officer wise, she is a prime example of what a captain should be. Helps run Killjoy effectively and without her, Killjoy would not be the squad it is today.

Reason why they deserve award- KSI Kat is pretty much my twin sister, someone I just want to be like lols. Since I joined KSI, she has helped me learn lots about he forums and met many people in KSI. She not only leads Plasma EO but also is on the T&E staff and helps organize and lead tournaments. If she was not on the forums, it would not be as active as it is most likely. She has made herself a household name in KSI, like almost everyone knows her. She is constantly promoting the forums over xbox and sending messages about upcoming weekend warfare events.
I will witness for Miss Kat. Since I joined KSI back in July, she was the first person other than my brother to help me learn about KSI. I view her as a mentor and the sister I never had. She takes interest in my questions and helps answer them the best way she can. She will never shy away from helping anyone in KSI and she is a model member of this community. ALWAYS CARE!!
