Hello Everyone! I'm sure by now you have heard that AAP Nominations are open again! So since alot of this current generation of KSI members did not know the way AAP ran just over a year ago, I will be doing a very quick guide on what the awards require to be eligible and what the staff need as evidence for said award to be awarded! Please see here for a witnessing for an award guide: First of all you need to know what the awards are, and where to find them. Please see below link for this; http://www.ksiforums.org/awards/ This lists all the awards that have ever existed and what is required to be eligibel for them. Next you need to post your nomination, So go to the AAP Section of the forums and create a thread. You will then use this format (If you do not use this format the nomination will be closed) to submit a nomination; (Please Refrain from posting more than 3 award nominations at once.) Name: Link to Forums Account: Award-/-Achievement: Reason-/-Evidence: Fill the above template in and now you wait. An AAP staff member will come in and ask for evidence, and thats when your evidence bearers come in! They will come and witness that the nominated party has fufilled the award requirement, but then will aslo give factual evidence on how they have done this. Please note: For some awards Divisional leadership / Senior Leadership may be required to witness. Hello Everyone! By now, I am sure that you are aware of, or may have heard that the awards are back! Yes it is true! If you click on the awards tab at the top of your page you will see all awards that we have on the site! To check which awards you currently have, you can either look at the bottom of one of your posts, or head to your profile and look in the Awards section. In due course I will be opening the AAP Department back up to award nominations, until then I will be looking to restore awards to those who may be missing some. For example if your account was removed from the site and you did not follow the instructions to have it recovered. Alright guys, here is how this is going to work. In a bid to better teach the community how to best ultilise the AAP system and everything we offer you, We will be hosting small workshops for you to sign up for and take. These will be offered in two different formats. Divisional Leader will be shown how to properly do the Divisional of The Months (DOTMs) and with that they will be shown Of the Months (OTMs) as well. So this workshop will be slightly longer than the next one. For all members they will be shown how to use and utilise the Of the Months (OTMs). How we will run these workshops A leader within your division I.E divisional leadership member or the head of a squad (General or next highest ranking officer) will sign up either a divisional leadership staff or a squad to participate in a workshop using the template below. The person that signs up will be responsible for organising members to attend. Myself or one of the Co-Head(s) will contact the member that signed the squad/ Leaders up and they will organise a time and a date that is convenient for both parties! Dependant on how many people sign their squads/ divisions up to these workshops depends on how many we will be able to complete each week. Please be patient while we contact you.
