When a problem arises she does not pass it off to someone else, she goes and sits down and sees what's going on. She has to step up everything she does due to the fact that even though she is LS's Founder, she is also LS's Division Head. She has excelled where many other would fail, She faced a very daunting task when she first got Founder, she had to get the new Co-Founder settled, Keeping in mind our beloved Prophet had been out of Clan ops for awhile. Shivah has had to take in alot of information without having someone to tell her what to expect and even without that person, she has done an incredible job. I applaud her continued perseverance and dedication to her Division and The individuals in it. He has worked exceptionally hard to make sure people were in order in his squads and to have everything in working order. I have the greatest respect for this individual and hope he will be recognised for the great work he has put in already. I have had very little contact with him however I still hear about his continued exceptional efforts. As I mentioned earlier he is in a Newly split squad and from what I have heard he was essential to the split, from his recruiting, training and educating of the home squad. I often go to him to ask his opinion on things. He is so in touch with the members it is amazing. He has a genuine care for everyone in Echo and it shows in everything he does. When a task is set for him, he does not settle for the bare minimum, he keeps going until he is personally satisfied, and this is what distinguishes him from everyone else. This month has been extremely taxing on Rock, He has a full time job and yet he is able to make time to come on and play with and run things within the Squad. His dedication and commitment to his squaddies is amazing and I would love to see him rewarded for it outside of the squad. I had never heard of that before Jezrien took it over. Jezrien this month has literally turned News Team from something no-one knew about, nor cared about to something everyone seems to mention in conversations and wants to be part of. In my opinion that is not something to turn your nose up at. He Is also a Forums Mod so you can see he clearly cares about our website here. His dedication is breathtaking and make me want to get involved in Web-ops, Bravo Sir.

Myself included on a daily basis, and the majority of Last Strike along with me. Trainer: She has Definitely trained over 30 people! She trained me and pretty much everyone who was in my squad before myself. When training these individuals she achieves an extremely high standard and these people are those that generally stay with us, change there names and start to take on responsibilities within their respective squads. 1. Have you ever participated in a weekend warfare tournament or a tournament hosted by T&E? Unfortunaty not. 2. When you did participate in the tournament, how did you hear about it? Was it via messaging on xbox, or from looking it up on the WW web site? I Generally hear about it Via messages and word of mouth. 3. Do you like the current WW site or do you think the site is confusing to use? I ooked at it once and ran away. It confused me. 4. Do you think T&E should host more tournaments on the weekends with WW or should there be more tournaments on the weekdays? Definatly weekends for the school going members, otherwise it wouldnt be as fair to the younger members. 5. What types of tournaments do you like to play in? The fun type tournaments or the competitive MLG tournaments? I personally game for fun, I dont like tournaments that are full of try-hards. Try-Hards are no fun to the average gamer. 6. What games would you like to see be played in tournaments for WW or for T&E? Throw some more Halo tournaments out there. I only see the CoD ones these days. 7. What types of prizes would you like to see introduced into WW or T&E tournaments? The points cards and KSI prizes seem fair to me.

She has consistently gone above and beyond with everything she does, as I am sure the witnesses that will follow will tell you, She will go to any length she has to, to get a job done. Now when I look to her, I see; A. My Co-Fo B. THE Model Co founder C. A role model to many in her division. She will never admit to being as amazing in her work as she is, But the reason myself and many of my fellow officers can attest to being as well trained and as prepared as we are, is because of her. Even now when she is not on squad level she is still making her influence known down here in Echo, and I am sure In her other squad memories, they feel the same way. After all these meager words, I am hoping the witnesses come behind me will do this nomination justice.
