sadly...that is the only thing you have issued as reasoning for why you feel you have gone above the expected duties of leadership in your division. That claim alone can be made by almost every single member in upper leadership in a division. Even Those ranked at LT to Gen can claim that they had prevented a squad or division failing. Which sad to say even I can say that since between LB. and my time in LS there were several occasions of me pushing hard to keep things running.
