Testimony:
I've never been able to work with n8iv in his own squad, but from what i've been this man has had his promotion a long time coming. I started out in my squad's officer core while he moved up in his, overtime he gained his squad's respect and help the squad grow and stay close. He is one of the better officers i've seen with member retention and almost every night I see him in different parties. After a while I left the officer life, and when I joined his parties he was always welcoming but could go officer mode in a split second. When he is in officer mode he almost never raises his voice, even when the other person did. N8iV was always the bigger man and waited to get his promotion, he was the right hand man of 2 gens and performed his job excellently. He has just recent earned a gen seat and now he is able to spread his wings. It's been great seeing him be here and the sky's the limit for him.

Since I've met DC he has been a great friend, mentor, and leader. He's taught not only me alot but several other officers and potential officers. He runs workshop after workshop no matter how tired he is and he truly wants to educate as many members as he can and see everyone succeed. He came over and helped turn things around for our division when we really needed it. He's great at motivating officers and getting things done in a fun way. One of the best recruiters I've met so far in the community, and an amazing mentor when it comes to teaching others how to recruit. He's been great for not only our division during his time here but the community as a whole. I've seen him drop what he was doing because someone wanted to learn and he took them under his wing on the spot. It's leaders like this that deserve to be recognized and DC truly deserves this award from what I've witnessed.

SWAG. From the time I was recruited into Vanquish I've seen this man do amazing things not only for the squad but he's done great things that have affected the WD Division in a positive way. He really makes everyone in this community feel like family. He truly is a recruiting powerhouse I've seen him pretty much rebuild a whole squad with the help of his officer core. He does a great job at member retention, I've seen him play with everyone and hang out with everybody even if they were just in the party hanging out. He steps up whenever something needs to get done he gets it done. This man has supported me every step of the way and I have learned so much from SWAG, which has shaped me into the officer that I became. He has made me feel like a brother and like I am apart of his family. He goes above and beyond for his squad and he his an amazing Captain he has done this since his time as an officer and he continues to do it. Much respect to this man!
