I have watched this guy grow much in this community. He is an officer in my squad and I can full heartedly say that the time and dedication that he puts into KSI is insane. He will stop at nothing to help someone no matter of the time of day he is a true inspiration to the squad and the division. He makes it his mission to speak to EVERY single member in the squad and sit in parties and just get to know everyone on a personal level. Also he goes out of his way to try and connect with other divisions. In his job he is a teacher so he skills that he can apply and teach in KSI which is good role model material for other officers to follow. I am so proud of where he has come in this community and I know he can go very far. DCRUNK always is there to help he is always offering to pay for name changes and do what he can to help people in the squad.

Where do I start? I have so much to say about Griff. When I first joined KSI I was so scared of Grifful from all the stories that I heard.  However I quickly came to know that the stories were not true. Grifful has been such an inspiration to both me and SL I have watched him grow from COFO to now Div Lead and I can honestly say without him I would not be where I am today. I am proud to be one of his gens to learn under him and get all the knowledge that I can so that I can move up in the community. Grifful will stop at nothing to help out the community. He has definitely helped me with a lot of difficult situations within my squad and without him these situations could have turned out bad. Grifful stays up crazy hours just to help out people when they are in need. Even tho some people have bad opinions about Grifful I don't understand why because this man is the true representation of a good leader and he has so much potential to go far in this community and I cant wait to see where he goes next. Currently he is buckling down and running the second biggest division in KSI being the only 7 and this is not an easy task and something he should be praised for. The amount of things he has to deal with on a daily basis is insane and would drive people mad and this is why I have such a high opinion of him. Further more I believe he deserves this award due to mind-set of wanting to change KSI and the way it is. His dedication to meeting his goal is something that we all should have.

KSI YeetQueen is a truly inspiring general, but more importantly, she is an amazing person and friend. She does not take Rule #4 of the CoC (a KSI member never leaves another KSI member behind) lightly. I have witnessed her volunteering to help other people (in Knights, other divisions in SL, and other squads from different divisions) quite a few times. I have heard her tell other people that she would be more than happy to pay for people to change their name to reflect KSI. She followed rule six and did not force anyone to change their name; she merely offered to help them if they wanted to change their name. She also goes above in beyond in clan ops, marketing, and web ops. She is always involved in events and tries her best to promote everything that KSI does, and she manages to do this with a major time zone difference! She has mentored quite a few officers in knights. I know she has helped me quite a bit in order to become a successful LT in Knights SL. She is always there for anyone when they need to talk to someone. There are a lot of times that she has sacrificed time and sleep in order to help develop better-trained officers, retain members in the squad, and lead Knights effectively. I believe she goes above and beyond in order to help everyone in KSI (no matter of rank, squad, or division) and promote KSI and the events taking place. She makes sure that all of the officers are reflecting on what they can improve and provides feedback. She makes officers look at their strengths and weaknesses. She gives constructive criticism in order for all officers to better their methods when training, recruiting and hanging out with members in parties ( how to make everyone comfortable).

Reason they deserve this award:
KSI Grifful 7 is an amazing Divison Leader. He is always looking to help out everyone in the division. He has mentored me personally. He has told me numerous personal stories that will help me prevent making the same mistakes he made when he was a Lt, Cpt, and General. When he is not in meetings, he is sitting in a party with members of our division. He hosts workshops in order to train officers. He is always looking at the bigger picture and is trying to better the division. He is a great leader for SL and does whatever he can do to help everyone succeed. I think that he goes above and beyond to make sure that our division is thriving and secure from the threats of blacklisted communities.
