looking great guys i love seeing that activities are being created and are going to be happening i love to see that this squad is once more coming back from the ashes due to the great people within this squad and those who are leading it. This squad has been through so much now and im proud to be the division leader of this wonderful squad.

Why: Not only this month, but throughout the time of him being general, Havoc has proved just how amazing of a leader he really is. He's handled every situation that has been thrown in the most level headed manner. He's tried his hardest to make Lethal run smoothly and keep everyone happy. He includes everyone and puts everyone above himself even when we beg him not to work too hard. He's an amazing leader and I aspire to be like him one day.

Why: Ever since ThatPerson joined, I saw leadership in him. He's been trying his best to run the Slayer team as well as our HeadHunters team. And he's constantly recruiting and training. He hopes for the best in our division and tries his best in staying extremely active within the squad in almost ever activity we do.

Reason-/-Evidence: KSI Greg 7 has been a mentor to my division, to my squad, and to me. I say all three because the help and guidance Greg offered was diverse and broad, it encompassed many but also was unique for each member Greg encountered. As a division leader he spoke with authority, but not through harsh tone or inflammatory language, but through a respectful neutral tone. Greg set goals and challenges for members to accomplish. He showed support to squads by coming to meetings, talking in a lobby instead of a message, and by coming to activities. To the division, Greg united the squads, introduced officers, promoted unity, and showed us that we can accomplish more together. While initially saddened by Greg's deserving promotion to Director, i soon found that Greg still communicated with all of DM, he showed that even though his rank sets himself over us, he still looks at us on even ground.

Lethal is having CTF and SWAT teams tryouts this Saturday

Hey everyone! I will be hosting a Get-To-Know-The-Forums Class tomorrow around 7:30 EST I only plan to be in a party so only about 7 people can come unless there is an overwhelming amount of people that want to come and I will think about doing a Halo lobby for it instead. This class will include in-depth knowledge on the forums such as forum staff and their jobs, areas of the forums that are of interest, group knowledge and the Shout Box. Anyone and everyone are welcome to join! Thank you!!

This is something KSI Jupiter 7 and I are putting together. It is a place were advice is given, questions are answered, and games are played. It is open to everyone and those that identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transsexual, questioning, pansexual, and anything else are encouraged to come. We will be setting up meetings soon on Halo 4 and Call of Duty Black Ops II. All squads and divisions are welcome!
