I will witness to the above nominations, KSI Sweetpea has been simply outstanding like the award says. Everytime she gets online she is constantly finding ways to get Venom active and growing. She is constantly looking for people to recruit on Halo and even looks for recruits for the WI COD squads when she plays Black Ops 2. She doesn't just care for Venom, she cares for WI and all of KSI. She sends out mulitple messages everyday to help inform Venom and any KSI member on her friends list what is going on in the world of KSI. She is a leader and she doesnt even have the ability to speak which is truly remarkable. Just by entering a party, she gets the respect she deserves simply because she cares. Like she says all the time, ALWAYS CARE, and she follows that. Her activity on the forums makes it look like she is a forum mod and the face of Wicked Intent. She constantly motivates our members and makes sure every member is feeling welcomed. She is not afraid to be be outgoing eventhough she doesnt have the ability to speak. Just yesterday, she hosted a WI FFA for T&E, Pillow Theater Night for PBM group, helped her HH captain run HH practice, and also went recruiting. She just wants to be involved and help out any way, shape, or form. She is the meaning of "Outstanding Service".

Eventhough this member cannot speak, she leaders by example and the members in Venom respect her very much and listen to her. He is the most professional member I have ever talked to in KSI (both Global and United) since I joined gaming communities in May of 2011. Plus he is forgiving and forgave me for the mistakes I had done in SH. He has never once yelled at a member for doing something wrong and in return those members respect him. Everyone in Venom and Crysis respect him and in return that was one of the major reasons why he got promoted to Co Founder. He has great respect for me and Ghost Prod and is not afraid to ask us both if he can assist us in any way, shape, or form. He helps run the SWAT team with Ghost Prod successfully and always brings good ideas to the table to better Venom. Since he was promoted to LT in mid August, he has been a voice in our officer staff. He always comes up with great ideas, was the driving force in organizing a weekly schedule for Venom and is always eager to help the SSGTs train our new members. This member I consider a really good person, too. He is kind to everyone and has nothing bad to say about anybody. He helps KSI FlyingGuppy run a successful grifball team and is not only active with our squad but also the forums. I persuaded him to apply for the news team since he is interested in helping KSI in other ways and I know he would be a huge impact on the news team. We were together in KSI United 2 years ago and in July she finally got an xbox and I recruited her into Venom. Since then, she has been one of the most active members in Venom. She has a disability which does not allow her to speak, but that does not stop her from being an active voice in Venom. She is constantly sending out messages about upcoming game nights, meetings, and forum events. She is always welcoming the new members and getting people active on the forums. She even recruits even though she cannot speak which is amazing. And people not just in Venom but throughout KSI adore her and view her like a role model. She constantly praises me for teaching her about KSI, but I think its the other way around. She listens to people's personal problems and is not afraid to help them out.

I don't know if I cannot witness since I am one of the nominations, but I want to witness for KSI 30thMidget, this guy has been one heck of a general, leader, and friend. The 3 months I have been in Venom, I have yet to see him get angry once. My 2 years in KSI United and half year so far in KSI Global, I have not ever seen a guy as calm as him. No matter what happens he remains calm, he doesn't take his position as general to his head and I think that inspires our members in Venom to go above the "call of duty". If a member needs his assistance with a problem and is not online, he goes out of way to get online and help them. He doesn't over stress recruiting and is always positive. Heck the only thing he over stresses is having fun lolz. Plus, he connects with most of the members in Venom not just on a clan ops level but a personal level. He never has to demand respect, he openly gets it from us because he is simply a great guy and excellent leader. Congratz to Midget you deserve this award.
