Sometimes it is possible to jump other members in ranks by being more active and helping more with you squad. If this occures ask your general to speak with the members you jumped and explain why you jumped to a higher rank. This ensures that all members are updated with what is going on within your squad rank wise and to help not create any issues or harsh feelings between members. When mentoring recruits, make them aware of Bill's KSI. Members from Bill's KSI are telling members to change thier motto and bios and stealing members away from our KSI. If you receive a message, friend request, or any type of game invite from them BLOCK COMMUNICATIONS! They are a secruity threat. If you are not sure if that member is in our KSI or not then find a higher up and ask. Someone is bound to know. Light Bringer is NOT a prison. Some members refer to it as one but that is not what it is at. It is a place where members go to relearn the ways and teachings of KSI. It's more of a guide to help assist members back on the right track. Thank Motions, Staff Sergeants can now add SSG to represent thier Staff Sergeant rank. He brought it up to the higher ups and it was approved. When recruiting and mentoring, make sure you a following the correct guidelines. Don't harrase or pick on the members. Follow your general around or even follow a 7 around and watch him or her. They were where you are now at one time or another. They had to be at your spot to get where they are now. They can assist you and guide you in the right direction and help ensure you are doing it properly. When you recruit a member into KSI go ahead and make sure you have them make thier friends list, bio, motto, and profile sharing to friends only. It has been noticed that some lower ranking members have been trash talking in public matches. They are claiming that some of the high ranking members in thier squad are doing it as well. If you see this happening pull them aside and reassure them that we do not allow that in KSI. If they claim a higher ranking member does it then follow the ranking structure and get it taken care of. KSI is a gamming community with respect. We respect our members and the players we play in public matches. We expect to be respected so we shall respect all players as well. There is a post under Evil Ties on the forms titled "Recruiting 101" read it from top to bottom and make sure you are doing it properly. ATTENTION: THERE ARE SOME NEW KSI INFO COMMING SOON. Its called "KSI Standards for recruiting and training process. Visit it and go over it. Speak with your Capt or General is you are confused. Staff Sergeant positions is now an optional position in all of KSI wide. Offenders that train recruits from a different squad must wait 48 hours to train them. The only person that can train those recruits with 24 hrs process is the General. Open Floor Time New meetings on Wednesday for LTs and SGTs. Name Change: Light Bringer Clan-Ops/Web-Ops: Integration. To start, it has to start on Clan-Ops side. From now on, if a member is banned on the forums for breaking the CoC or a handbook violation, they will be rank suspended in Clan-Ops. Forums are not a different entity; we all follow the same CoC whether on Xbox or Forums. Active Forums Accounts: Anybody who is an Officer or higher must maintain an active forums account. There is no reason an Officer’s account should go inactive. It takes 2 weeks to go inactive. 1st time: Rank Suspension 2nd time: Demotion. New Recruiting/Training Processed Thread: All Divisions need to look at the newly pinned thread in their respective divisional area and brush up on the KSI standard of recruiting. Also, this will include Head Hunters so it will be easier to set up and challenge other Head Hunter squads. From this moment on, no pile jumping offer to applicatin in the Join Sections anymore. This will lead to you being banned from this section of the forums. The flow of information needs to improve. Information within your squad needs to clearly be passed down to the lower ranking members so that everyone knows whats going on. We need more involvement with our squad. Everyone needs to play with each other, talk to one another, get to know the people in your squad. Productions is looking to make a montage. If you have any clips send them to productions. There is a KSI Black Ops 2 playercard emblem contest going on. If interested, go to ksiweekendwarfare.org and sign up. Mayhem is getting a Head Hunters team together. Head hunters is still going on get with KSI King Wolf atm until KSI Revelationz gets back on this friday. Everyone in the squad is doing phenomenal as of being active and doing their job. We only need 10 more members until we get looked at for splitting that means some promotions and a lot of training going on. Members have been making emblems saying, "I love (name)". That needs to be stopped and relationships need to be private and not a problem. * ET is the only Armada as of right now. GZ was demoted. * ET is sitting around 470-475 members and isn't too far from losing Armada. We need to make a bigger cushion. * HD is within 50 members or so of catching us which is bad considering they split off of ET.
