Rage quitting is not acceptable, we went over the code of conduct. The lockdown maybe ending soon but we are to keep our parties on invite only for now We are very proud of all the hard work that everyone is doing and keep up the hard work, I have been telling everyone this is a team effort and it is showing!!! We are still looking at spliting the squad sometime in December, more will be coming on this in the future. The Shout Box, stay off of it unless you need to be on it, no religion or politics to be talked about on the forums at all, Keep up the training, everyone is doing a great job so far just don’t let the new games slow you down. We also talked about if they aren't getting black ops 2 they have to let Huckleberry and I know. Also if they are getting it message us when your getting the game. When they do get the game they must add the Diablo Tag and not Delete the Squad tag. Congrats to ShrunkenSnipa on winning the first tournament for black ops 2. Congrats to KSI Elusive For his promotion to 4th Lieutenant and for all the hard work he has been doing also for placing fourth in the second tournament for black ops 2. Also Congrats to KSI Killerghost for his promotion to 3rd Lieutenant And Congrats to KSI SURV1VORZ for placing 4th and representing corrupt in the tournament last night on the live stream. We went over how many members were sitting at in the squad and the division. Our goal as for next meeting is to have 60-65 members on the squad tag. I told them if they need help recruiting to come see me. Also that we are losing members. I told them to remove KSI MERCER1993, KSI KILLSBREEDS, and KSI IMMORTALZ due to them being a security threat. I told them if Huckleberry or I see an inappropriate player card on black ops 2 they will get in a lot of trouble from both of us. and we will let our co-founders know. Party's should be on Invite only. You will get 2 warnings after the second warning you are out. No exeptions. and if KSI Gwood 77 catches you, you will get 1 warning if you do not listen you will get a rank demotion. Their will be no more HH Tags. From now on HH will be updated through the forums and the squad tags. Its been confirmed we are switching over to black ops 2. Also about the policy on when you return to KSI. Members who have left and wanted to come back will only be able to be a SGT or lower until proven a rank promotion. the only exceptions are if you are in the military and have been deployed for duty and if a board member has left for clan ops and is willing to return. We also talked about Black ops 2 player cards. We are done being nice. First offence is a warning, if we catch the members with it again they WILL BE KICKED. [*]Also theirs a division recruiting tournament going on. 1st place is $100.00 2nd is a choice of Black ops 2 or Turtle beaches. 3rd place is what the 2nd place winner doesn't choose. and 4th place is 1600 Microsoft points. to be eligible for first place you must have a minimum of 20 rcts. 2nd place 15 recruits. 3rd place 10 rcts and 4th place 5 rcts. Their is no more Major rank in the rank system we went over the new rules in recruiting. LHR Money Shot is to be removed and also block communications with him. Parties and Bo2 parties should be on invite only KSI T-Shirts and Sweatshirts are going to be on sale to purchase the shirts go to the forums and post under the site news. We also talked about Weekend warefare. Lucy Lux got promoted and KSI iLLuSiiON is now the director. Sabre LB is now a threat block all communications and remove them as a friend on your friends list. Also we talked about the 4v4 tournament that KSI Mc Twinkie is hosting. Last of all in order to be promoted to a lt from a sgt you must attend an officers training. This is now mandatory. There will be NO more promotions until the squad hits 92 members. Besides the General, nobody can demote. The phrase "I'm going to demote you" will not be allowed at all. From Dec. 26-Jan. 6 there will be no meetings. Being mentored has now been changed being trained. From now on, the General would like for all members to record the dates that they were promoted in their bio and on paper. Keep a detailed list of all your recruits! Code of Conduct is looked at very seriously in party chats, so keep your private life PRIVATE. Black Ops II emblems are to be kept clean! Having vulgar emblems breaks the Code of Conduct and will be seriously delt with. Next Wedesday, KSI HEPHAESTUS will be hosting a Gun Crown tournmanent. No KSI member can have A 7 in their gamer tag unless you are a 7 or a former 7. Make sure that the new recruits have an open motto and bio and have friends list set to friends only. Recruiting, Make sure SGT's are doing minor background checks for any security threats or anything that can harm KSI. Officers must do background checks on new recruits this way we have no problems in the squad. Also Make sure the officers are mentoring correctly and having the recruits close their friends list after or before they are trained. last of all Next week our goal is to have a full lobby to 2 full lobbies or more next meeting. Planned a strategy for the building and training of a HeadHunters squad. Planned Re-Training of Officers staff and Sgts. staff. We will insure that our squad is properly trained. Rumors abound about our squad. Some have said that we will fail. That we are not strong enough to survive. They are wrong. We have been hurt, and yes we have stumbled. No KSI Member can have a 7 at the end of their name unless they were a former 7 or unless they currently are a 7 We need to start training these new recruits off the rct tag ASAP and Last of all When recruiting you must make sure their motto bio an friends list is open until they get off that recruit tag once they get trained the trainer must make sure that their friends list goes back to friends only. if a failure to do so first warning is a rank lock second is a demotion or kicked out of KSI.
