J2H, MEA, KOS, XGN, AGR, and Bill's KSI. Double check friends list to remove anyone who may have one of these clans on their friends list. No members can have a 7 at the end of their name unless they have attained the rank of co-founder or higher. Make sure that all recruits have their friends list set to friends only. No longer leave it open. Bio and Motto remain as before. The HeadHunters Alpha squad did an amazing job at their first ever battle against another squad. They played best 3 out of 5 against Anarchy. Sergeant's must make sure that when they are recruiting that they have their recruits open up their mottos and bios. If this does not happen, KSI Aphrodite will personally send a message to the sergeants stating what they are doing wrong. Senior leadership has brought to our attention that there have been issues with relationships in divisions and other squads. They are not allowed because of the issues that they cause inside the squad. So PLEASE avoid this situation. Sergeants need to be recruiting to aim for the split that we are trying to achieve. And they need to make sure they are recruiting correctly. Make sure to check you friends for anyone who would like to join as well as going into lobbies for potential recruits. There is still weekend warfare still going on. It will be on Halo 4. The match is a 8v8 Big Team Battle. Check the forums for more information. There are jobs available on the forums. Send a Message to KSI Hephaestus and check the forums if interested. Headhunters is still going on and there is a spot available on omega. Message KSI Pontus or KSI ARIES if interested. Each member of the officer staff will be getting a group of sergeants to keep active. And each sergeant will be getting a private or corporal to keep active. Using the buddy system is a great way to keep in touch with everyone in the squad. If we find out that your girlfriend or boyfriend, husband or wife is in the same squad you will be separated from the squad. Also if your girlfriend or boyfriend, husband or wife is a co founder or higher they can not be over your squad. Their is going to be some weekend warfare tournaments coming up stay updated. When we are doing recruiting and mentoring, we need to make sure and double check that our recruits and privates have gone and registered at the very least. It's important that everyone knows that you are only supposed to have one account on forums. Do not attempt to have multiple accounts. It is a security issue and will be taken seriously. The AAP of the month voting is still going on up until the 12th of this month. In other words Tuesday. If you have a vote to cast for someone, then please go onto forums as soon as possible and cast your vote. Remember that you need to fill out as much information as you can on each vote you cast. If your vote is sparse, then chances are that it will get deleted by an administrator. KSI's production crew is still looking for members to fill their production crew. They are needing people that can possibly record and post videos, and various other jobs that have to do with digital recording work. Also, the news team for forums is looking for news crew members. If you thing that you would like to be involved in the news that gets shared with our community, contact either KSI ParaTroop 7 or KSI Illusions7. Remember ladies and gentlemen that our Code of Conduct specifically prohibits Discrimination, Racism, and Harassment. That means in any shape or form. Don't let me or anyone else catch you doing it. So wish him luck and don't forget that you can still send him invites and play with him. You guys and gals need to remember when you're recruiting that our minimum age for ET is 17. The only way that you can recruit someone that is 16 years old is if you pass them through me first. The need to be a mature 16 so that they can get along well with the rest of the squad. There is an awesome new topic on forums that will walk you through both recruiting and training, It's like a how to for dummies. It's on the main tag page for Evil Ties. The title is "KSI Standards for Recruiting and Training Process". Check it out, it will make everyone's job easier. Make sure when your doing trainings, that if the recruit is in another squad that you wait the mandatory 48 hours. The officers from each squad need to have the opportunity to get experience training new members. And each squad needs to build that bond with there new members off the bat by doing the mentorings. There are to be no more that 2 staff sgts. for each squad. Over the next two weeks, there will be several sgts. and officers trainings being ran for any of those that would like to attend. If you are an officer, you need to attend. If you are a sgt, you need to attend. If you are a private or a CPL, you should probably still attend if you plan on ranking up. And on the subject of ranking up. If you decide to do something crazy on forums (i.e. - cuss people out, disrespect other members, disrespect leaders within the community) your account can, and most likely will be banned. If this happens, you cannot hold an officers rank. So don't be crazy and lose your chance at ranking up.
