Axios, when Kaiser and craziAngel were kicked out, I lost a lot of hope for this squad and I knew it would probably be merged or shut down. But Swishier has trained you to be REAL officers, and has taught you, what I taught him all those months ago. He is one hell of a leader. Many of you don't know this, but since axios is comprised mainly of people from strife, that means that axios is actually my original squad. Before it was strife it was gravity ce and before that it was Refuge GZ, where I was recruited in. So I have a very strong love for you guys. You're my home squad and when you guys make the extreme improvements that I've seen you make because someone I've mentored... I coulsnt possibly be prouder. You guys are becoming great, like this squad used to be back when I was a 3CPT in refuge and we were on top of the world. Leadership on my part however was failing once I became general though, but I was just good enough to mentor Swishier to be the leader I never could. Stand behind him, trust him. Look past his drill sergeant ways and realize the good intentions he presents to you. You'll brng this squad to the top of the world again. Just like I did. I'm watching you guys learn how to succeed. And im so proud of everyone of you. You'll save this squad yet. I cant wait to see what the future holds for Axios AV. Shiro Nituuku 2 Posted April 7, 2013 Report Share Posted April 7, 2013 Zohan that was amazing man I needed that ive been having a bad day and that just made me smile.... you seriously taught me so much and i to be honest i dont think i would made it this far without you watching over me all this time. we all have been down before but you always knew someway to get me out of it and move forward to bigger and greater things.... I stand here the proud general of axios because of my mentor believing in me and never giving up even when I was at my worst you still believed.. its much more than ive had in almost every aspect of life...I enjoy being the general of axios they still need more training but. they are really getting it some have just had bad oppertunities that they still are finding there place in axios. But we will find the place where they belong. And not only maintain our squad but succeed back to the top my friend... not trying to be over myself but my goal is to make this squad reach higher than it has ever been to and keep going... It will take time and patients but as long as I have my officers to back me up we will do it the way it should of always been done.More people come in each day and become apart of the family and thats what we need to find those who are lost. and bring them into the fold. Back to you,... seriously man you just dont realize what you have done for me and I thankyou for everthing.. I will do all that I can to achieve the goals of my mentor. And to all of Axios I just wanted to let you know that im proud of each and every one of you. you impress me more everyday and yes at times i have to quote use drill sargeant ways unquote but I am always here for you my door is open to anyone who needs it. swishiers got your back and I hope you all know that. And also to my officiers when I first came to axios i saw what happened to your squad you were trying to hold together and thats was when i decided to not only keep axios alive but to grow stronger.. I have officers I can be proud of especially my right hand man Cryo and my awesome LT deadman you guys have put in so much work im proud of you and hope you understand that just cause were finally coming back doesnt mean that this will stop i will push you as hard as i need to ensure you are all ready to do bigger and better things........ And to Predator even you my friend have helped me when I was so down I couldnt pick myself up and you gave me what I needed to be more swishier than i ever could be . so to my 7's my mentors my friends and espicially my brothers thank you for everything and I wont let you down..... Yes I have my ups and downs but I promise you all that I will not leave you all behind. I thank each and everyone of you for sticking by me through my hard times and not giving up on me. I know that sometimes guys think I don't belong in the XBOX world and I have to tell them "SUCK IT UP CAUSE I'M HERE TO STAY". Even though I am a female in a "guys world" doesn't mean anything. it doesn't matter ethnicity or gender we are all gamers looking for people to chat, challenge and just have fun with over Xbox Live. They say its so hard to recruit people because they don't know how to talk to them to ask if they want to be in KSI. Well to be honest yes it can be difficult at times because some people don't have a mic, have been already recruited in another clan, or are under the age requirements. Don't let this bring you down because you haven't been able to get anyone yet, because some of the best Lieutenants and Captains have had there share of difficult recruiting sections. I am an example, it took me awhile to get the hang of it and now I've recruited 6 people. Don't fret because you will get it and you will be able to get that person into KSI. Practice is key at getting good at something, even outside KSI, so keep at it and dont ever give up. Don't forget you have your fellow members to help you out. I've witnessed and experienced this myself because this is a HUGE problem and something KSI does not tolerate. That is why we can not stress out enough when we tell members when they recruiting to ask if they are in any other clan and when we orientate to ask them not to be in any other clan. If they do so they can become a security threat and could try and pull members from KSI to their clan. WE DO NOT TOLERATE THIS!!! This is why during meetings we tell you who to look out for. So If someone of another clan is trying to get you in theirs, or making threats to KSI IMMEDIATELY go to your General and let them know who they are and what they said. This is not just about the safety of KSI but also YOUR safety as well. Everyone in KSI is family and we take care of our family like no other. With this being said I promise I you will be pushed to your limits even further than breaking if needed but you will be stronger in the end and not only within KSI but in your daily life as a human put on this earth. We make our own destinies and as your General I shall shape this part of it. Axios are Spartans and not weak hearted people so lets do what were here for.
