We just need to keep our head up and keep moving forward. Recoil is in my opinion the best damn squad in KSI we just gotta show the rest of KSI that and how we do that is by stopping all the bad habits we have like people ignoreing game rules in GN's,people being disrespectful to one another in GN lobbies. Also when we have problems with another person we gotta start being able to handle the situation in a prompt,tact,and respectfull manner so that we can avoid having an issue blown outta perportion. On the same token i dont wanna take away from the amazing thing you all do, Each and every one of you should be proud you get out there and bring in loads of new recruits holding tons of GN's and work well for the most part with each other. we will get through this bump in the road and be the wiser and stronger for it. I just want to hop on and give RatedxxxR another congrats on a very successful game night. that's the kind of game nights I want to see when I jump in one. not the phase of disrespect we had for a week or so. I don't want to see anymore of the disrespect that we have had. also to all the officers. you are officers for a reason we are here to serve our members and to back and help our general. As of right now our officer staff I don't think can be considered an officer staff. each and everyone of us can be demoted, rank suspended, asked to leave KSI. Just because you have that rank does not mean you have that rank locked. We need officers that will step up to their job and be responsible. If you do not have time to fulfill the job duties the you do not accept a promotion to an officer and if you are already an officer the you respectfully step down. Stepping down is a lot better feeling than being demoted. I back each and everyone of you but this has to change this has to improve. It's completely unacceptable for your general to come asking for help and assistance and basically be ignored. If you get caught up in your personal life get on your phone open KIK go to officers chat send us all a message that you will be out of pocket so that we know we have to cover your job. It is NOT hard guys I was a General for 3 years I will tell you KSI Lux has his hands full and he needs our help. We need to respect each other as well as our members as officers we are suppose to LEAD BY EXAMPLE. Not fight with one another.
