It's fine to have them but they need to be on top of stuff because tomorrow I can tell this much were at about 25 members now I'll hopefully have us hit 40 that way we can 4 officers that's what we need. Asceniison and I will group up with some PVTS and CPLS and have them get some Referrals. Were get that done, but I need to see this LT training if not he needs to get replaced with someone who can do it. The same with the CPT, he needs to be Hosting Meetings, Game Nights, and all the other stuff like Meeting Notes. He told me he wants the next Squad Split that means Mental Make him work for it. And for you Mental Do to the best of your ability to call all the great shots. Look for the next LT as we hit more members. Let Behemoth be known! C'mon boys we got THIS! We got some good people here and once everything is settled it should run smoothly. So hopefully we can get everyone motivated and show the lower ranks what wer all about and how to recruit. Its always better to have 10 people that know what theyre doing and putting in work than it is to have a bunch of recruits that are confused and dont know whats going on. KSI lZUESl 2 Posted March 18, 2013 Report Share Posted March 18, 2013 im excited as well fallen when you get a full lobby in any squad meeting its cause for excitement knowing that you have more then 18 people who want to participate that are in your squad to me that shows that if we push and try we can get this squad into one of the top squads in no time and mental that felt like a real meeting all the things we talked about i hope we can bring this kind of excitement and willingness to participate to all the meetings cause if we can then thats something to be excited about and thats something everyone should keep thier eyes on.
