We'd like to see you there 10 pm EST on Fridays and 9pm EST Sunday. Headhunters there is a challenge coming up this weekend and this is your call to duty! Since your here reading this check out the AAP section aa well and if anything read through nominations. If your up to a small challenge go ahead and nominate those who've inspired you and help make this place a fun time. Officers: make sure you are keeping up with your obligations. Being an officer is voluntary, but the responsibilities are not. Take time to be the face of the squad. PR and HR is what its all about at this point. Training is continuous and an on going thing for not just our lower ranking members but for you as well This is what the forums are about. resources are all over the place, such as the info tab, the clan ops information center KSI start up section and the highlights in each section marked with the red triangle. Be sure to get in your minimum one post a week. It doesn't necessarily have to be here in the squad chat, however this is were your members can see and identify with you. Your participation in last nights 4v4 was very much necessary and apreciated. Congrats to the "Havoc" team for your flawless victory!!! This is a great way to show KSI Global that even though we might not getting the forums much and do anything, we are on Xbox 360, that we are having good clean fun, and that we are very much active were we need to be. Good work everyone and I look forward to seeing HD getting out and doing more SOON! in the mean time another great way to pull another victory and show KSI Global we are a very fun and active division; stop by AAP and drop in your nominations in for January 2014 'of the month' awards. A lose is a lose though so we will be looking to work on our team and bringing our squad closer together in hopes of getting our best players involved. If you think you got what it takes, hit it up 10pm EST Tuesdays and Thursdays. It was great seeing the turn out at tonight's meeting. First I'd like to congratulate those who've made it this far, and by that I mean the forums. This is a first big step when deciding what you want to do, or where you want to go in KSI and on Xbox Live. If, however, you want to be the next best success story, YOU have to write your own story, follow your own path, be the change you want to be, and become the success you want! There's always room to grow, to be motivated, to be proactive! That is what its going to take to be my next officer is enthusiasm, drive to be better and better your squad, and the will power to make it happen. Sergeants, Ive been holding off for too long workshops and trainings, be prepared. To be an officer is to understand you will forever be a sergeant with added responsibilities, because somethings never change, you need to be proactive and proficient. Workshops aren't always the same thing as trainings. Workshops bring to light the same stuff in a different light, in a different way to better understand what it is to be best at your rank from SERGEANTS to SENIOR DIRECTOR. If you want to be promoted be proactive if you want more workshops ask for it, but we will be starting one sergeants workshop a week for those that want more and want to be more! In the mean time, its up to you to decide what kind of SERGEANT you want to be. You have a responsibility to your officers and your squad. To be model players and squad mates, by hosting game nights, conducting uniform checks, and too take this time to learn everything KSI. Utilize the forums; go through the division section, learn the recruiting/training guide. Brush up on the Sergeants training guide, go through the info tab on the top of the screen. Learn the Rank Structure, read the SoGs and the Handbook a time or two, but also read through the Clan Ops Information Center KSI Start up Section. Recruiting and game nights are the best thing you can do for your squad as you play online! Be friendly a team player. Introduce yourself to those other members in the squad you may have not met yet. We are all here with one common interest... Video games such as Call of Duty Ghosts. Build on that and that's were success begins! Officers as to will you be encouraged to partake in weekly week workshops to better understand your responsibilities as officers and to how best execute those duties, from orientations to squad management and YOUR roll in KSI WRECKAGE HD. We need to start seeing more game nights and we should encourage our sergeants to get out there and recruit. To go along with those sergeants as they do so to answer any questions, to welcome the new recruit, and make sure that recruiting is done correctly. As you play video games with your squad you create a bond that will benefit both you and your squad as you bring the recruit into the squad as they transition into a member. It's so easy to get caught up in the now, but if you can consider the future of you, your squad, and your division, you will recognize the long term pay off as you become a GENERAL or earn that 7, by investing a little time in your lower ranking members today! I want to make my success story KSI WRECKAGE HD, but the only way to do that is by building on our successes and thriving together! KSI isn't possible without you, me, or those who have came before us. To make this a safe haven for fun, competition, and much much more. As we look forward in the future, I want everyone to know that you all play an important role, and by being active you will never ever be 'just a number' This success story is not just my own, but yours as well, as we share it, everyone's is just a little bit different and that's what makes it specifically yours! GLHD is being Called to service THIS WEDNESDAY through the following MONDAY, in our second attempt to rock the gold division in clan wars. We have till Tuesday to find comrades to join US in battle. Come one, come all to the recruiting lobbies and try your hand as head hunters in this high stakes intense clan battles. From Wednesday on, you should pair up with other GLHD players, and play the game modes you would normally play to have fun with! Every little bit counts in the gold division standard. This is what is was ever all about anyways, except now there's more to the objectives of our common goal! Finding and playing with other quality players and having fun doing it!
