This will evolve over time. Oh and by the way....yes Gens, 7s, you all need to poke your nose in here. At the bare minimum here's what I expect: Generals - Once weekly post squad goals and notify us of any moderate/major issues we should be aware of to include potential security threats CoFounders - Once weekly state what you're working with each of your squads with. Keep it broad. Don't need to be TOO specific but need to know you're working with the Gens you're over to help them manage and guide their squads. Founder - State any security issues, potential or active - Overall progress of squads, just a brief assessment will suffice. Velocity growing, Diesel stagnant. - Any plans you may have for the squads in general CoDiv - Schedule of FI Officer get together & how it went briefly, I know you already post this in the seminar thread, but a brief update here pls - Any side projects or things you think we should devote attention to for the week/month however long. If there are no updates to make, save a change so that it saves in your squad logs. Remember to do this 2-3x's / week. Being inactive on G14 for >7 days will get you automatically rank suspended. 2nd offense by default is a demotion - that's big KSI policy, not my own. Lets stay on top of this and not get into any trouble yall. Easy peezy Also, don't forget to send out messages from your squad tags! I prefer EVERYDAY, but multiple times per week will suffice. Getting messages from the squad tags reminds those in the squad that they're part of a team, part of a squad, that they're a member of KSI and there's true structure and security in place. Spam em from the tags. BE an outstanding General. All of you should be helping each other, but at the same time, yall are competing for the next Co-Founder position. And yes, I'm already looking at yall for the next CoFo. Shinobi Can't, nor shouldn't have to do it all. My Founder has already put in her time and work and shouldn't still be acting cofo over so many squads. Time to step it up and bring your squads together! I know is something extra to do as if there's not enough for yall to do with your squads. I appreciate it. Like I said, this will hopefully prove to be a valuable tool to help us move forward and really collaborate on other things in the near future. Couple things - Acid, if you still have it, please post the attendance of the officer meeting. It's good to see who's all actively participating in things like this and who to look out for with promotions & gives them credit for attending. - Nitro, thank you for defluffing as vigorous as you have. I would hate for a squad split to happen and it end up like Diesel. All squads should be doing this regularly. It's hard to tell with who's active within a week or so, but every so often ask those Pvt's & Cpl's a mass, but direct question from the squad tags (if you don't see them on) and wait for the reply. After a couple msgs to those select members and they don't respond, give them the boot with a polite message letting them know that they were given the boot for inactivity without dropping a post in the leave of absence thread (or letting you know) but are more than welcome to rejoin when they're ready. - Velocity, keep doing what yall doing. Your game nights really are fun and yall should do it a lil more often b/c it just seems to attract a lot of attention. Just offer it, if not enough to really run with something then don't worry about it. Keep the cohesion meshing and yall will do extraordinary with recruiting quality together in recruiting lobbies. DoCNeSS 239 Posted November 11, 2013 Author Report Share Posted November 11, 2013 The way it's always worked with regards to Squads adopting new - approved - games as their Squad's gametype: For a while you're "dual hatted" or your squad is both BO2 and Ghosts based. Once everyone gets Ghost, it becomes obvious. The biggest thing to worry about is making the meeting available for everyone to attend. There's much more to come on this subject as we're adopting different platforms and new games are dropping etc.... so once I hear back from Huck as to whether that part of things will change I'll let yall know. With the new platforms dropping we're really going to need all yallz help BIG time. Without your help this will be a very painful transition. So please bare with us, stay motivated, and be patient. We are still brining in recruits, slowly but the intensity level is picking up. We are averaging around 4-5 recruits just for Intake per week. We are also still recruiting for Diesel as well. 1-2 per week for Diesel. I am willing to increase the Diesel recruiting efforts if you wish. My g14 descriptions have been updated and complete as of yesterday afternoon. I will continue to update the descriptions as the new platforms and games drop. Big New, Intake finally have a HH team. We will be hold one more tryout session soon but for right, we have 7 members. After you guys scrimmage someone as an official team and post in the FI HH Log thread with the gamertags/links to forum accounts be sure to nominate them for their respective Head Hunter Award in the AAP section. You may want to have the Captain nominate, and you witness. May want to give Obi a heads up on that as well in case he's needed to witness since you're likely on the team as well. *** With regards to recruiting for Ghosts. We can do it! Be sure to hold meetings for your entire squad. If someone doesn't have BO2 to join the lobby, be sure to make accommodations for them on Ghosts! When recruiting/training - be sure they're done correctly by displaying the following: - Recruited by ____ on (date) - Trained by ____ on (date) - Primary Gametype: Ghosts/BO2/(wuteva game) This will assist us in keeping track of who's going where. Obviously, if they're currently playing ghosts & with xbone not here yet... we can udpate the descriptions appropriately stating "(360, G)" ******* I believe there are some outstanding questions I haven't answered yet that were asked on kik (me thinks) so if yall have any for any of us to answer, fire away! As I mentioned in the kik chat, these ppl who are blacklisted are deemed that for a reason. They either broke the law, or they have harmed or have the intentions of harming our members. There is a current standing threat that within 24 hrs a division will be hit. With the transition to support new platforms, the current threats, KSI being on lockdown.... we HAVE to be on top of our game when it comes to this stuff. So what does this mean? - Parties are on Invite only. - Do NOT join a chat with people you don't recognize to be in KSI Global (I'd prefer that you don't join chats with folks you don't know period). - All new recruits must undergo serious scrutiny to make it onto the squad tags to include initial screening from recruiter, background checks, and BEFORE you add them to your squad tag, you need to actually TALK to them. Ask them where they're coming from. Been part of any other clans? Why KSI Global? As the recruiter if they sought the recruit out or was it vice versa. How'd you hear about us? What year were you born? etc.... IF YOU ENCOUNTER A BLACKLISTED MEMBER.... - BLOCK COMMUNICATIONS IMMEDIATELY! Don't wait to see what they have to say. Don't try to figure out what division of whatever clan they're in. Just block communications and report it up so we have an idea of how frequently threats are interacting with our division. HOW DO YOU KNOW WHO'S BLACKLISTED? - You should be passing the blacklisted member & clans to your squads periodically via meetings to keep them up to date as not all folks have access to G14 - For you Gens and above.... we have the privilege of utilizing g14 - XBL messages! When someone is a security thread, dnh, or blacklist there are dozens of messages passed out about it and echoed several times. KNOW WHO THEY ARE! Yall have the same power & opportunity to do so. But it requires being that unified front. The one voice speaks all. Gens have to be on the same page all the way. If yall can manage that, when yall come up the ranks, you'll do twice as well as the current 7 staff is in place now! ********************************** Myself and Obi will be going around and schoolin yall on some things regarding security threats, dnh's, and blacklisted clans/members. Bare with us as we tell you this information you not only have access to, but should already know. We have to do this because ... well ... Poop happens. And Poop rolls down hill. Unless you're in space. And in that case... it's a really Poopy to have floating Poops in your face. ************************************ Once again there are no MANDATORY meetings this week for you all. 7s still have quite a few... however, that doesn't mean operations cease to exist. These squads are yours to manage. Don't drop the ball just because you got a couple days off. Be sure to log into g14 at least once every 3 days and save a description or something. Every week - 2 weeks you should check to ensure G14 is aligned with who's on your squad tags - that's a good time to assess whether or not you have fluff to deal with which... all of you do to some degree. Access the squad tags and continue sending out messages. Try to be more positive with your messages as members get enough negativity with the security messages echoing. ************************************ I should be getting the Xbox One today. Nitro Update: We are slowly getting members but our number will go down, ive been working the last couple of days with KSI x Force to see who is actually active and getting the last information needed to update the g14 descriptions. Today the last of the fluff will be removed and i will have the g14 completely updated. Thank you all so much for doing what yall do to make this division the best! Our efforts have been recognized and we are passed turning heads. KSI has its eyes on us; watching our every move to see that spark. That spark that will make us go BOOM and do all sorts of crazy awesome things in a short period similar to the golden ages way back when. We have the potential. We have the leadership. It's about time we pulled together to surge out of this rut we have and really do it big here! Stay in frequent communication with your cofos. I rely on them for all sorts of things as well as the other 7s, but that cofo position is unique to specifics I need on the spot. Yall will see soon enough your self. We've also decided on a new squad name altogether. New squad name & squad chat = new feel, new shiny thing for FI, and fresh new start for those faithful folks who are still in the squad. Lets BOOST the activity on our forums and really support one another. Make it cool & fun to recruit again. Bring folks in to meet these potential new members etc. Game up and kick it. Once ppl see how demented you all are they won't feel so awkward bc they're just as crazy as you lol. Mad props goes out to KSI Oraclex 7 who's sealed the deal on 6 recruits over the past 4 days!! Her recruiting technique is phenomenal. I know yall have heard and read dozens of ways to do this but this chick right here...this chick right here....yo... yall need to pick her brain for real. I thought I was good... shiiii. Anyways, welcome FI leaders to 2014. Lets make this the best year this division has seen and bring back our former glory and blow right past it without looking back.
