Follow this format along with any other pertinent information afterwards. Gamertag: Squad: Reason for leave: Estimated time away: Note: Military LOA's should be posted in your Live Motto. MLOA will inform anyone viewing your profile that you are serving your country and your activity will be sporadic. Posting an LOA is the best way to prevent Rank Suspension or Demotion due to inactivity. You can post an LOA for another member. Avoid posting personal and private information when stating a reason. Include when and how you spoke to the member to help us to determine a time frame for an absence. LOA's cannot be posted for an indefinite amount of time. It must be for a maximum of 31 days. You can always post another LOA once that time has expired. RANK WILL NOT be reserved for an LOA that goes over 30 days.
