KSI CHAOS 7 109 Posted November 29, 2011 Report Share Posted November 29, 2011 Sadly alot of times we promote people to certain ranks that they probally should not be ever. I mean we as human beings like to think someone is able to X but when given the chance to do it alot don't make it out. As leaders of your Division you have to keep a eye on those burning out or those that got to the rank they wanted then now have no intentions on going up any more and are content and start to get LAZY! Its a crazy game we play here when thinking someone is ready for promotions and since its on xbox that is even worse so try to prevent this but you can't stop it all. However I rink after time the less dedicated people just kinda quit and don't care. This is where I think our officers are, they just stopped caring and it didn't affect them when I threatened rank suspension they just blew it off.
