(Search KSI Forums) - Paratroop is now Head of IA expect changes coming from that department - Havoc is now Head of T&E direct questions to him. - The squad tags need to be matched every two weeks, and your gens should be making sure the tags are fluff free, the G14 needs to be online everyday, with attention being paid to the pvt and cpl ranks for promotions. - The forums staff is looking for applicants, along with T&E, and the News Team. - Have a capture card or have editing skills? Come drop by and see the Productions area of the forums and post a join app. ALWAYS RECRUITING! - We need to get back to doing shout outs like we used to. Haven't been getting nearly as many messages as we used to see about folks doing a great job, squads splitting, welcoming new members, etc. - Directors & above are starting to go through the squads one by one. From this point on: If your meeting notes for your squads are not put up within 48 hours the following will happen: First offense, verbal warning to the General and CoFo. Second offense, Co-Founder has a Suspension from duties and a mandatory Co-founder class to be attended, General has to attend a General training class. Third time, General is demoted. Highest Ranking Member in Division is suspended for one week, during which he/she has to formulate a written plan to fix the posting of notes in their Division, this will have to be handed in by the end of their suspension. CoFo Training will be held by Upper Leadership: Director or Senior Director. General Training will be held by their Highest Ranking Leader. Remember to PLAY with everyone and don’t allow cliques or clusters to form in your squads, have gamenights and include everyone in your squad and division. 5. Communication! Communication! Communication! Communicate what your division is doing. Continue to send mass messages, invites, positive messages etc! When squads, divisions and/or leaders become quiet, things tend to go wrong soon after. Communicate what's going on - good bad great ugly. Be open and honest to the team! 6. Meeting Notes - Getting better but not all squads are meeting the standard. And some training sessions that had started back up a while back being held more infrequently. Now is the time to really kick it in gear to keep recruiting going to maintain, and the training to produce future leaders to sustain. - G14 is a very helpful tool. Use it. Access it daily. There should be no reason other than LOA for anyone with access to be rank suspended or removed due to g14 inactivity. Those with level 3 access and above can view the access list and see EVERYONE who's nearing or at the 7 day mark. Take care of each other and keep each other off the naughty list. Keep each other in check. - Start laying the foundation for possibly integrating an Advanced Warfare squad in your division. Drops on 4NOV2014 - Master Chief's Collection will be dropping the week after Advanced Warfare on 11NOV2014 (for now exclusively for xbox one) - For upcoming games, utilize G14 to indicate which members are getting what games and when. This way, we have an estimate for squad development across all divisions. Keep in mind, for any squad developments such as squad splitting or creation of a new squad, you MUST CHECK for activity and ensure there is no fluff. Ensuring no fluff is the among the best ways to set that squad up for success right off the bat. - Every division leader is to PM your director with an accurate list of the division 7 staff along with profile links by this Sunday. Easy way to do this is have each of your 7s copy and send their own profile link (url) to the division leader - Whether your division is interested in using the join section or not, you need to check the join section for any pending applications. Still trying to get the 7s to post up in the thread for their history in KSI here on the forums 2. Fuzzy is asking for all the divisions to set goals that are achievable and not the just the minimum. These notes will be revisited the following week and each division will need to have an explanation on why they did or did not achieve them. This will be discussed at the div leader meetings each week with each division. This also includes the promotions and plans for the divisions. 3. The quiz system is up and running here on the forums for those divisions using the testing systems for promotions must use this system all other systems should not be used. 4. Everyone needs to help their general and 7 staff by getting with all of the members in their squads and find out which games and consoles they will be having and get that info to the generals so that it can be documented so when the games drop we are ready. 5. Weekend Warfare is a mind craft build off Halloween themed, teams of 4 and it starts at 5 et and runs until 9et. Sign up on the weekend warfare site. 6. 7s vs viewers will be this Friday at 730 et on black ops 2. KSI Dragon014x7 will be hosting. 7. Every division is allowed to try and set up a destiny squad but BEFORE YOU SET ONE UP YOU MUST FIRST GET WITH THE DIRECTORS AND SENIOR DIRECTORS FIRST. Following is for generals and higher 1. There will be a g14 and squad tag training class for all the gens and sevens in each division this class will be given by your director. The directors will get with each of the divisions and schedule a time for this understand this will not be a 30 minute class be prepared to be there for a couple of hours because this will be thorough. The following is for the 7s of each division 1. Leaders list must be updated ASAP. In fact at this point we as the directors and seniors have decided that you must update the leaders list by the 15th of each month rather you made changes or not to make sure it is up to date. The following is for the directors 1. All directors need to start attending game nights and be more active with the divisions he/she is over. The blacklisted clan/community list is now down to 2. This doesnt mean that previously blacklisted clans or communities should be allowed on friendslist, they just havent caused any problems as or recently and that is why they have been removed from the list. Leaders should explain which communities are not officially blacklisted but should still not be on lists, remember they were blacklisted for a reason. In addition to the cleanup of the blackilisted clans area, a new threat level has been added in the blacklisted members area. The new level is for members Security Risked by the Senior Directors only, these members are a Community Wide Security Risk. The new levels are as follows; Lvl 1- DnH (Do Not Hire) Lvl 2- Blacklisted Lvl 3- Security Ricked Boosting From KSI Queen Jess 7: "Ladies and Gentlemen, This is why I do not allow people to join my session in progress and strongly suggest you all don't. This is really important that as a community we do not allow this kind of thing to happen not just because we could end up in a video like the above but because it is cheating. Our Code of Conduct does not allow us to manipulate or modify gameplay and boosting falls into that category. Give Officers reposibilities in their squads Captains: Run team in the squad, they do not have to be the team Captain but could help organize team activities such as practices and squad matches or scrimmages. Captains should have every PVT, CLP and up on their lfriends lists. Does everyone know why? Lieutenants: Organize Daily activities in the squad whether it be in a party, gamenight or matchmaking. The important thing is to pull members from the squad together, making sure everyone feels welcomed and involved. Lieutenants should have every SGT and up on their friends lists. Does everyone know why? New Co Founders/ Founders: When connecting with a new squad(s), He or She should retrain the officer staff(s) (Not talking about workshops) by asking basic questions. Make sure they are doin things the way Divisions/ KSI does things. Example; How do they recruit? How is the recruit training?
