Thanks would like to get as many Hyperion squad members on and play with a full lobby of just KSI Hyperion for practice there have been some games lately that we may be able to pass on tips of play to all to make our squad better if this is a thing to be brought up in our next meeting that would be great. Also I know I am just as bad as the next guy about recruiting but all if us have to get more recruits to move up in rank also for the people at cpl and below even though you are not sgts you can Still recruit and help Hyperion grow as a unit thanks for your time if you have any questions for me hit me up on xbox. I am sorry but I have a recruit or two who have sought me out about joining and have had to have them wait till I got this answer. STATIC of 7s 31 Posted March 15, 2014 Report Share Posted March 15, 2014 Hey man, you are not required to have a single recruit on your belt, just as long as you know the recruiting process. What makes you move up in the ranks is that your general acknowledging that you want to benefit the squad such as: Game nights, Starting up teams, recruiting, training, assisting others by answering questions (if know appropriate answer) , teaching them recruiting process, and/or shadowing members to become officers. The main key is that if you want to see the squad exceed and have fun and making it happen with people noticing, then ranking up is what comes out of you contributing to the squad. But dont get me wrong, we would like to see your squad as a whole obtain 5 recruits/week. I just want it to get better in the future for our new recruits and existing members. For me Hyperion is the squad to watch we are growing and our name is getting out there in a positive way. This one of my goals yo get the word out that KSI is great community now as opposed to the past. There great people in this community and that needs to be projected throughout KSI. Have a great day.
