GZ dominated last year. Open the spread for new ideas on the forums on the sprit week section open to anyone. Congratulate KSI Jupiter 7 & KSI Baachus 7 (GZ) as new directors. Titan Fall has come up in a wake but we are unsure when it comes to xbox360 KSI is not sure if squads could be made on it but it is being looked into. Big thing has come up KSI wide – motto, bio & SECURITY SETTINGS need to be ensured by all members. If some players require parental consent ask to talk to them & explain why etc. Questions about kicks on face book groups or any other media site – Any conversation where 2 or more KSI members involved the CoC are enforced no matter the media site. NO EXCEPTIONS. Send a message to everyone on the squad. A serious squad tag fluff removal will be taking place meaning any members not actively participating in KSI or the squad in some shape or form they will be removed from KSI. Mainly for officers a useful tool could be to shadow ranking members. KSI ThyWDragon 18
Officer Attendance: KSI ZOMBYGaL 7 KSI ThyWDragon KSI HighGrader KSI Oblivion Discussed the fire teams in terms of there might be some changes. Discussed recruiting for the week. Decided who hosting which games night & that Wednesday & Saturday will be hosted at 8pm Squad Attendance 11: KSI ZOMBYGaL 7 KSI ThyWDragon KSI HighGrader KSI Oblivion KSI DR1FTKN1IGHT Sison2012 KSI D00MRAIDER CRAZYKILLERDAN1 KSI Flump A Flying Pig130 Titan Fall (Xbox One) – From seniors given the green light to create project squads. Potential squads to be made April 8th parties on dashboard can hold 32 members but in game only 6. With regards to titan fall squads on xbox360 might be slightly harder. Spirit Week still looking for ideas to game types, prizes etc which can be accessed via forums. Ensure members coming into KSI are trained correctly from RCT to PVT. KSI Oni 7 will be hosting a workshop on the weekend for officers. CPL’s should know players up to Division Leader & their duties during training. Might be happening but will be announced if it does take place – On the SGT position will go under a re-construction. I.e. At current if you change your GT to include KSI yay your a SGT straight away to you would have to wait 2 weeks even if you change your name to include KSI as a CPL or PVT & need to memorize the rank structure up to General & those members in their squad & 7’s in their division. Not set in stone so there isn’t any need to go into too much detail on it just that the rank of SGT is going under some changes. Main aim if a change takes place to utilise the open door policy aspect & identify members who want to go higher up in KSI better. Make sure the KSI CoC is being followed on all media sites. Keep an eye on AAP as members can nominate members for other awards other than member of the month i.e. HH, Swat etc. Reminded people about open positions in Swat & Ricochet Team. Swat Team have a tournament against Legacy. Remind players that they help make Valiant what it is without them we wouldnt be here.
 Awards

KSI ThyWDragon 18
Officer Meeting Attendance: KSI ZOMBYGal 7 KSI DarkValkyrie Ensure OFFICERS are recruiting & don't just leave it up to members. Ask both KSI xBadger, KSI DarkValkyrie & KSI HighGrader to come up with a SGT workshop which can then be put forward to the 7's so they can host workshops. Ensure they keep checking the Recruit Tag so that RCT's can be trained up to PVT's Keep promoting Spirit Week to members. From this Officer Meeting on wards I want to see the officers more active on forums engaging in conversations i.e. division chat, squad chat anything & everything to entice fellow Valiant members to participate - Lead by example. Ensure Officers are clear that KSI will not tolerate members talking badly about fellow members in parties or behind their backs if there are any issues members or officers have with others seek the counsel of the Gen or a 7. I don't want to keep hear rumors of this person said by this person. Anything else you wish to add Squad Meeting Notes KSI ZOMBYGaL 7 KSI DarkValkyrie KSI SHADOWRIDER KSI DR1FTKN1GHT KSI Wizard2014 KSI Goosen Be sure everyone keeps tabs with their Xbox one squads and any members who want to go to an xb1 squad must talk to docness. SGT workshops - be sure to let your divs know about the SGT workshop and they are doing it with every squad. Training - be sure officers and all other members are being properly trained ( a cpl should know the ranks up til div leader and whos in what position) Officer training : if your div wants or is doing officer tests be sure they are giving those test to EVERYONE in the div who needs to take it ( no one is exempt from these tests if the div wants to do them EXP: LT a has to take the test but SSGT f doesnt want to or doesnt see the point SGT f must take the test in order to proceed, ) Spirit Week is coming up!! will be either june or july , the date is still being decided , but get your divs and squads pumped and ready for competition from all around KSI in various events and tourneys !!!!! 1 nothing beats being in a party or game lobbies when trying to motivate leaders in your division or whether gens or officers are trying to motivate members. (don’t try to lead from kik) 2 workshops The Director/Senior Director team needs to approve the material. This isn't to discourage the workshops we need to make sure the same msg goes out from these workshops. (like how only sgt and up can rct we all know that is wrong but for a good 3-6 months some of the divs worked uder that assumption)
 Awards

KSI SHADOWRIDER 0
27/7/14 Squad meeting attendance: 7 KSI CRAZYDAN1 KSI TAKESHI TORRIDESTALLOY9 KSI WIZARD2014 KSI SHADOWRIDER KSI DEATH LORD KSI ZOMBYGAL 7 Promotion: KSI TAKESHI ( staff seargent ) Valiant game nights: M- KSI TAKESHI - halo 4 T- recruitment day W- KSI SHADOWRIDER - halo 4 TH- recruitment day F- TORRIDESTALLOY9- halo 4 S- ????????????? - any game S- Anyone - halo 4 Goals for the week: Participate in game nights and reach 65 - 70 members - promote overall forums activity : we have about the same forums activity now as we did last year ( when we had about half the members we do now) so somethings not right / has go to be done about this - REMINDERS: ALL OFFICERS MUST have an ACTIVE FORUMS account in order to even BECOME an officer - squads should be posting in thier squad and divisional chats - if you have teams in your squads (HH ect , they should post up team rosters and practice / challenge notes ect - squad notes are beign posted - squad members talking to get to know eachother - all the reasons above are just very few reasons to be active on the fourms ( within squads and divs ) this doesnt include the general chat, aap , shoutbox, arcade, information , and more that the forums offers to EVERYONE . the forums is a great place for KSI knowledge/ know how as well as to meet new members from other squads and divs. SO LETS BOOST THIS!!! - be sure that you are getting Head Hunter teams up in EVERY squad , and once you have a team -we are back on LOCKDOWN. this means: Partys and Game Lobbies are to be set to INVITE ONLY and ALL RCTS MUST BE APPROVED BY GEN OR HIGHER BEFORE going through the RCTING process or beign on the RCT tag - be sure that recruiting and training are being don CORRECTLY no more of this 5 min reading off the forums. We need to explain why the rulees r in place and what each rank does ect. ( here is a link to what i posted in the DM chat when i was Div leader, people told me that it helped ) http://www.ksiforums...ining-guide-dm/ ** NOTE : if ppl complain about taking 10 mins to train / rct then maybe they r not a dedicated member , who would be more than happy to do it the proper way, same with the rct if they can sit in a party for 10 mins to be trained and informed about KSI code of conduct, ranks, and how we do things here.. then maybe KSI isnt for them. why rct somone who isnt going to listen to the rules.... why give someone a drivers liscense if they r not going to go through drivers ed...??? *** - recruits : be sure your mebmers know what to look for for GOOD recruits ( gamer score, how long theyve been an xbl member, gold tag, no bad ppl on friends lists, have a mic ect ) - be sure that pvts are being promoted to cpls, if not then remove them as fluff -BE SURE THAT THE MEMBERS WHO WON EVENTS DURRING SPIRIT WEEK ( weither it was on the stream instagram, or in a competative event ) THAT THEY POST UP IN THE SPIRIT WEEK SECTION **NOTE: anyone under the age of 16 who won, pls let the direcrotrs know ( the must get parental approval) *** *** SIDE NOTE: DO NOT post your address in the spirit week topic. just post " hey im ksi jupiter 7 from Riot XZ i won the halo ffa event " then the proper ppl will concat you for your info *** - WW this sat @ 8pm est , BO2 4v4 Search N Destroy *** NOTE: huck and cheddar might sign up so get your members together to beat them **** - Live Stream tomarrow (7/24/14) on twitch @ 7:30 pm est **** NOTE: is we get 75 veiwers greg will give out a $10 card, if we gt 125 it will be a $15 card **** --------- sorry if i ranted a little bit here.... but i will see who properly gave these notes when i look at squad meeting notes ; ) haha --------------- STATS: GZ: 335 rct 42 - recovering from spirit week ( spirit week hangover ) - work on training rcts - merge the uk squads GOAL: get to 400 by mid of nxt month, get rcts trained
