Then we had KSIxALPHA RAIN mock recruit XXkillerXX2189. He did a good job on going through everything thoroughly while making sure everyone understood how to recruit. Then we went through the Squad and Rank Expectations. And finally we did a Q/A game night to see what people knew. Over all it went quite well and it only took a few hours. It all started with a few of us in a small clan known as MFG, but we all played on the best No Auto Aim (NOAA) Server called "Killingservice7". The owner of the server is known as KSI DEADMEAT. Due to his working schedule, he was able to keep the server up for us to play on. So KSI Darth Sidious EU, and KSI SYRUS G, took the opportunity to start KSI along with KSI DEADMEAT. The name came to be KSI from the server name and then add Incorporated (INC.) Look at this as an XBOX Live Corporation for gaming. This has not been done by anyone else, and to our excitement it took off and has never stopped. Than we went over some history of LW: Date Created: 6/12/2014 Division Creator: KSI NICK 7 LW was a division split from ES Than we went over the recruiting process: Start with the security check: [Ensure they are 15 or older by asking for their date of birth, and then ask them how old does that make them, make sure it what they gave you adds to the date they give you.
