KSI AtomicKwon 133 Posted March 13, 2016 Report Share Posted March 13, 2016 Recruiting and Code of Conduct Seminar 3/10/16 This seminar was hosted by Octane but open to all FI squads. The subjects covered were the recruit script and the Code of Conduct (in the script). Other items covered included ideas and tactics for success in recruiting new members as well as some pitfalls to avoid. Warrior Ace lead teaching and opened floor several times to all attendees for Q&A and input regarding subject taught on. This was an awesome experience for us all. Octane was heavy in members attended but the other squads represented brought great insight and ideas. This is truly what its all about in this KSI family. We went over how u need confidence when recruiting. people can tell when your smiling over xbox. We talked about the Code Of Conduct in depth explaining in detail what it all means. We practised recruiting each other while throwing a few questions in to test the knowlage. Every seemed happy and understood the reasons of the seminar. Just relax and act natural be yourself while remembering your in a public lobby. We talked about personal ways from experience how we talk to people leading to getting them comfortable with us while seeing how they interact. We talked about the code of conduct. we explained that you have to talk about certain parts of the code of conduct which are very important and you must follow if you want to be apart of KSI because the law states it.
