I am having a recruitment Challenge starting 10/02/2011 and ending 10/16/2011. Make sure you keep track of how many recruits you have.

Make sure when recruiting all officers do background checks. the ONLY clan that's blacklisted right now is LOD. All other clans that were blacklisted when KSI Darth Vader 7 was in charge are no longer blacklisted.

There is a peace pact between KSI and the other clans that used to be blacklisted. It's on youtube.com.

Also when finally recruited into KSI make sure they send me a friends request, they add the squad tag, and try and add all our officers.

KSI is having rewards on accomplishing tasks within each squad. More info on the forums in the AAP section.

Talk about me chosing 10 CPL that really want to be a SGT and above. I will give them MP's if they show me or you guys that they want to be more than a SGT.

KSI ETERNAL SH is currently 77 members, so good job on the recruiting this week everyone.

I would like for all officers to attend at least 1 FTLA class you can sign up on the forums, at ksi forums.org in the Marketing and Education.

J2H is still blacklisted if you are invited to any thing that has them in thereblock them and get out of there, and also KSI Reclamer 7 has been helping them so avoid both of these people/group.

Division transfers are not allowed unless they are approved by a director.

Gens have to give a valid reason to promote someone up to an officer.

• SGT workshop is still going w/Jess.You are going to be trained to become a better LT or a CPT in the future. If you guys are interested or have any questions please message KSI QueenJess 7 or sign up on the forums for the workshop.
  
• Promoting is very important and that's why we need to do it for good reasons. I will not be giving out promotions up to officers if I don't see a person working and trying to make better for our squad.And all of the promos will have to be approved from our higher ups.
  
• We are finally copyrighted. KSI Global finally got the website going.
  
• People need to go on the forums and vote for the AP award. It's very important so make sure you do it!
  
• Recruiting. Right now we are struggling with recruiting. Every single member needs to try to bring at least 1 member a week and that's why I will be hosting a Recruiting Tournament starting from January 2. The requirement is to bring 7 members in one week. The price will be 800 Microsoft Points.

Eternal is currently at 78 members. I want to thank everyone who is recruiting. Please keep doing a great job.

Remember guys the limit age in KSI is 15 and up but please make sure that they are mature enough. When you rectuit don't forget to make them add the squad tag and do a background check to see anything suspicious and remember that RECRUITING ALWAYS MAKES PROMOTIONS.

Everyone knows the deal about KSI Darth Vader 7. He is a blacklisted member meaning that you absolutely cannot have any contact with him at all and that also includes having him on your friends list. Same goes for everyone else who is blacklisted in KSI. If you see anyone suspicions that wants to join KSI out of nowhere please let me know.

Shadow Haven division color is BLUE. So if you see anyone in our division being out of a uniform please inform them that it is a violation of code of conduct and they will get in trouble for it.

Don't forget to add Shadow Haven on facebook. It's always great way to find out the latest news and meet new people.

Battlefield 3 squad is finally starting up right after KSI Jiggy 7 gets back. If you feel like you are a Battlefield person and want a transfer to a new squad you are always welcome but make sure you let me know and the higher ups for approval.

KSI Illusiion 7 is having a recruiting tournament. First 4 people who will get 15 members into KSI will get 1600 microsoft points no questions asked. It's a great way to get easy points so make sure you recruit!!

Our squad is at 87 members. We are doing an outstanding job and please keep it up so we can split.

Do not beg for promotions, everyone has to work for it. That's the main thing that pisses generals off.

This week Shadow Haven got to 550 members. The faster we get to 600, the faster we will split and have a new division and a lot more promotions.

Our squad is at 86 members. We gained 16 members in 3 days after the split. We are doing such a fantastic job and I'm really proud of you guys. Keep up the good work!

A squad tag can only be made by the higher ups. If you will make one, you will be on probation no questions asked. If you have any concerns or comments talk to Rebellion 7.

Dark Legion division split not long ago. Please send the congrats to all the members that worked hard on splitting.

If you see any Generals not doing the proper job, you need to let the higher up know.

Everyone needs to work for their rank so if you are not doing what you are suppose to do you either gonna have to step up or step down.

Shadow Haven is a biggest division again and it's all thanks to you everyone. Currently SH is at 450ish members and we are growing very fast even though we split about a week ago.

Lookout for blacklisted members that are trying to poach from KSI : KSI Equals 7, XGN Renegade, KSI Remix, KSI Reclaimer 7, and other blacklisted members. Remember that you cannot have any contact with them whatsoever.

Be sure that you stay active on the forums. All the officers need to have an account.

When you recruit do not make them add the higher ups like Riku or Jiggy. Make them add the squad tag instead and their General.

Directors are asking that you properly orientate your recruits (read the Code of Conduct) and tell them what KSI stands for- Knowledge Strength Integrity. Make sure that you are at least an officer in order to orientate.

Our squad had a successful split couple days ago. Oasis was formed who is now being led by KSI moped24 so everyone send him a congrats.

MEA clan is attacking KSI and trying to poach people but the information is false. MEA members tried to attack KSI United but came into Global on accident so the information about MEA members being blacklisted from and they are trying to poach is false. Please ignore it.

If you see people tbagging in the matchmaking make sure you let your officers know. We want to keep this community as mature as possible.

KSI Christ 7 is no longer a Senior Director. He will be watching over our divisions and see hows everyone doing.

KSI LuciLux 7 is a General helper. If any Generals need any help about how to run a squad or any questions he will be the right person to go to. He will point you at the right direction.

Now our website has a full recruiting guideline in the Forums section. There are 3 different ways of recruiting and they are very detailed.

Shadow Haven is now the biggest division in KSI again! Even though we split not so long ago we still manage to have a high number of members.

KSI Illy Willy and Duckie quit KSI for their personal reasons.

Meeting Notes for Sunday, March 11

We are going to institue new things for Flagship division, it takes more members to become flagship.

There are going to a higher division rank called Pillars, it taks more members and a certain amount of division splits.

Rule #10 of the Code of Conduct must be followed better, stating that if a member can be removed without clauses, includes moding and hacking.

New FTLA classes are coming up in the next week.

SGT training needs more members to attend, there will be more this week.

ELITE 4 and 5 on Call of Duty: ELITE are still looking for more members.

Weekend Warfare this week, it will be TDM on MW3, there will not be a prize though.

The use of the chat box on Access Denied is for important uses only, not for conversation.

A lot of division still don't have a lasion for internal affairs, it is for security purposes that we need one.

Also our activity as a squad is good but we could make it better hence the more game lobbies.
