I have removed to fluff this week, i want to make up for it now. -Major event for getting 1000 subscribers on the youtube channel, 3 weeks time there will be many prizes and there will be a live stream. >Youtube.com/theksiproductions< -Huge schedule in development by officers and me. Be on the look out from messages from squad tag. Thursdays are days designated for lower rank to hold a game if they want to. Contact an officers to set up a date. -Working on the grifball team. COMING SOON -STAY IN UNIFORM. I have been seeing promblems with this simple rule. I (and officers) will start cracking down on keeping it in check. BLUE and BLACK, Remember that. -KSI GOD has open Fridays. If problem continues then go to CPT. And then General followed by cofo if needed still. 2.) Problems- if theres a problem bring it to that persons attention and solve it. If mediator is needed follow rank structure if its a problem with an officer please follow CoC. 3.) Officers- do not try and solve a problem on your own. Ask another officer to help. 4.) COMMUNICATION!!!- This cannot be stressed enough!!! If theres a problem with another member tell them! Do not just avoid them or the problem! If an officer is needed follow CoC! Miscommunication can cause the destruction of a squad and there is no excuse for it!! 5.) Recruiting- this is a key thing needed! We are now starting up recruiting parties. This is where yourself and a group of people go online( BTB works very well) and play matches and talk with people in game chat. After a few games if they want to continue playing with your group and any other people. Start custom games!! AMAZING WAY OF RECRUITING AS WELL AS ALOT OF FUN!!! Also when recruiting please note only officers ( LT to Gen) can orientate( read the rules). Please do not ask general to orientate. Leave it to LT's and if needed CPT's. the following people can orientate. KSI TEXTURED MC, KSI IRON WEASEL, KSI WRESTLER, KSI GENGAR LVX, KSI SUBJ3CT115, and KSI LYKAINION. These are the only people who should be orientating. Please have recruit in uniform before orientation( armor color, motto, bio, service tag) Side note. Do not send members to RCT tag. Once orientated have them friend squad tag!! 6.) Gamenights- we have gamenights almost every night of week but these do not need to be set in stone. They can be random. They can be online. And custom! ALL YOU NEED IS SOME ETERNAL MEMBERS AND TIME TO GAME!!! * side note: raging in games will not be tolerated in games or anywhere if you rage there will be consequences. Rank suspension or demotion. We are here to game there is no reason to be yelling and fighting. Doing this breaks rule #4 in code of conduct! 7.) Forums!- GET ACTIVE AND HAVE ACCOUNT ON THERE!!!!!!! www. Ksiforums.org Anyone who does not have forums account can only be a SGT. If banned or suspended on forums action in squad will be taken( demotion, rank suspension) 8.) pvt's and cpl's- THEY ARE MEMBERS TOO! They are or are becoming fluff! THIS IS NOT OK!!! they are the reason we are here! They could also one day be future leaders! BE ACTIVE WITH ALL OF ETERNAL! When you start party or game invite more than people you normally play with. Theres no excuse! 9.) ACTIVITY- this is something that needs work. When we recruit we don't want to be bringing people into a squad that has gamenights at designated times. We want to bring recruits into a squad that has games going all the time!! Online, custom, reach, black ops, minecraft, gears, etc! BE ACTIVE BE INVOLVED! 10.) please note that poaching even within ksi is not tolerated and if caught please inform general of squad and know disciplinary actions will be taken on people poaching. Other security issues involve hacking which will end in immediate disciplinary action. And blacklisted clans the following clans are not to be in contact or have any part of KSI GLOBAL! Bill's KSI, FYC, HFA, J2H, KOS, LOD, and SOD. If recruiting please search the recruits friendslist if any of these are seen inform the recruit that you cannot recruit them due to the people o friendslist. If willing to remove procede and inform KSI IRON WEASEL, KSI Textured MC, or KSI Druid1029. And have them do background check. Only these three can do official background checks! 11.) Weekend Warfare- Saturday, March 23 at 8pm Est. 4 v. 4 halo 4 CTF!! REGISTER ON FORUMS IF YOU WANT IN!!! 12.) AAP- looking for new members! Applications will close soon!! Look for AAP section on forums!!! 13.) currently our general has become very sick and needs to relax! Please follow CoC! If there is a problem that LTs cannot solve please address KSI IRON WEASEL and KSI Textured MC. If the problem is unable to be solved by either of the two.
