I hear ya on the hectic schedule. I'm a single daddy, active duty military with some crazy collateral duties after hours, volunteer, and live alone with babygirl in my own apt (so no extra help) ---- leaves for very little time. Gotta get the word out. Don't be the only ones showing up to meetings. It's a joint effort. Not just the Gens + 7s begging, pleading, demanding more attendance. it takes everyone int he squad to make it happen. You might look like a hotshot for showing up but go one step further and ask these guys why they didn't show up, why they're not including themselves in the family activities. Members come and go. We just have to keep trying to get those wuality recruits who have the endurance to stick around ksi as long as you do I recruited 1 blacklisted member who helped create a blacklisted community who poached nearly an entire division (DL) who then got booted from the same clan he helped co-create only to create yet ANOTHER blacklisted community who poached from the other one lol. Think k got ya beat on that. How about we had one guy right here in FI who was pulled into a party from some guys in J2H. They told him his squad split and to add this new tag. They walked him through the entire recruitment process AND HE DIDNT REALIZE IT!! After all was said and done it took him 3 whole days to figure out that he was in J2H. To have any real longevity in KSI keep a sense of humor on tap. When stuff like this haplens you just have to laugh it off and keep it moving.
