We truly believe what has been created brings forth the best that this community has to offer. This, and other projects like it will help to ensure that KSI is around for decades to come. -Last month LS, ES, and DM completed a trial of the new workshops (Pilot Program). Through them we got excellent feedback and made changes. These divisions have already begun seeing results -All other divisions are beginning the Pilot Program this month. If at any point you have an issue, please talk it through with the Performance Ops staff. We are humans and realize that not everyone takes to changes like these immediately. Conversations are better than arguments. -In the next few months PO will also be rolling out new workshops (forums and recruiting), training and recruiting guides, a new KSI Welcoming Committee and much more! -Finally, all Generals and up please add KSI Gandhi 7. There are two topics for discussion here: Divisional Leadership- please check with your members as to how many members own/ would like to play overwatch for events to come in the near future. The current debate is wether to continue to do 2v2 mystery heroes or switch to 3v3 objective based games but we need to know how many people are interested! 7's Only Halo 5 FFA Poll- Would you guys like to see a 7's FFA on Halo 5 for spirit week? The issue was the system was still counting members that had been kicked/removed/ blacklisted as part of the active division count which distorted the numbers. - Please remain patient as we continue to get other issues resolved for a better experience and thank you guys for your support thus for! There was a high build up in the past month that was just recently cleared out. Omega There are 142 of the PVTs we have in the community are 2 weeks or longer on the Omega. Make sure your gens are getting with all of these PVTs to get them trained, or are removing them for becoming fluff. This new div-based HoF will act similar to the OTMs and will take place during and leading up to Spring Break and Fall Classic. Each division can have up to 3 members inducted into the HoF per event at a maximum per the AAPs discretion. A forums topic will be created within the next 2 weeks for people to go nominate their choices for Div HoF inductees. There will be a format posted in the topic that all nominations must follow, and each nominator may only nominate one person from the division. The first inductions will be announced the last day of fall classic. Nominations will begin August 20th and last until mid - September. Fall Classic: Fall Classic is right around the corner! A time frame is yet to be set but you can expect a spectacular kick-off to the season with tournaments, streams, Divisional Hall of Fame, and more! Discord: The first beta test has begun and was accomplished without any chats being deleted and most roles just being modified to fit the system. We will have a week of testing and bug fixes, and then we will choose 1-2 more divisions to update. Our goal is to get the role system in every division before September. Divisional Transfers: Make sure that when you are looking at possible transfer to your division that you take into account a few things. First, always pay attention to the volume of transfers you are getting from specific squads or divisions. If you notice an excess number of transfer from a squad or a division to your division that should be investigated. Second, when accepting transfers you should take into account not only the applicants side of why they transferred, but also the divisions. Every applicant should be interviewed and every division leader should communicate openly regarding the transfer whether it is incoming or outgoing. Rejoin and Join Area: If you are a Founder or higher you should check the join area regularly to ensure apps are being commented on and updated. All applicants should be interviewed before a stance is posted.
