If every member recruits two people, the mutiplacation behind that will be enormous. 50 members recruit 2 people we have 100 people right there, and so on. Getting two in a day shouldnt be that hard. We also need to be more active on the forums, any suggestion on how we should please contact KSI EXODUS 7,KSI Villian 7,KSI Arc 7. Toxic DH 66 members We are getting our numbers back up and preparing to split 13 members to atom Our meeting and practices have been steady but could be much better. I pretty much told them that they are the future leaders of Toxic. Talked about some people talking smack about ARC 7. NEW Ion Gen KSI DJPenguin, KSI PeachFuzz is demoted to Maj for lack of Attendance and for being offline. Talked about Wh1teboy6thst calling a General a Liar about squad Transfers. (He's back in Molecule now). Talk about the Decreasing number of Recruits and unstable number of SGT's and other higher ups in DH. Also we talked about KSI Valor7 on how he wants to become a General again. We are were not using the recruit Tag. The Recruit Tagg Is Not An Option it is a requirement. This Will Help Separate Good Members fom the .......bad members. To Increased Division Activity. We are all Capable we Just need to all Put Forth the 110% Effort.  squad updates will be posted later in the Day...Nucleus. 37 members. Around 10 members when it comes to meetings and practices. Working with SGTs. Upgrading recruiting and training. Helping out other squads. MLG Teams are coming to success. Atom. Need more officers. A few suggestions if you decide to record notes again: A. Try bullet/letter format for individual notes like I am doing here B. Don't have your entire post consist of all capital letters. C. We are on the verge of a division shut down if activity and progress doesnt show. Nucleus DH and Atom are almost ready for a Head hunters team. Toxic has been shut down and members have been divided two the remaining three squads. Division recruiting age is 15+, anyone caught recruiting below will be punished. New Recruits on the recruit tag will stay there for 24 hours before going into the squad tag.Secruity Threat!! never give out info to new recruits who ask about upper leadership 2 weeks folks, thats it. this is our darkest hour right here, we can't go anywhere but up now. KSI EXODUS 7 31 Posted April 12, 2012 Report Share Posted April 12, 2012 Double Helix General Workshop Attendence: KSI EXODUS 7 KSI KingPin7 KSI iDropbabies KSI xTuFF316 I read off the S.O.P and answered any questions the generals were unsure off. i interprated the S.O.P so that the generals knew exactly what the higher ups were looking for, i told them to use the S.O.P as a check list for yourself. We went of security issues in DH and members friendslists with suspicious members. We spoke about the condition of the division and how important the weekly 5 recruit standard is. Also the importance of Weekly meetings and why they should be posted on the forums. Squad messages and and updates should be constantly sent out every week. KSI EXODUS 7 31 Posted April 17, 2012 Report Share Posted April 17, 2012 DH Generals Workshop 4/16/12 Attendence KSI EXODUS 7 KSI ZEUSx KSI xTuff1981 KSI KingPin 7 KSI idropbabies We spoke about implementing Officer test for the whole division, every general in attendence seem to be very happy about that since it is a good way to weed out the bad and good officers. We did a couple of test questions which i was very happy to see that all my generals answered correctly. We spoke about position and power how to rank suspend and who has the power to demote what. We talked about the progress of each squad and how i want to every General to host their own workshops with their squads weekly. PS. Once again i am happy to see all Generals in attendence.
