As of 10/04/2018 the decision was made to remove some of the current 7's staff within Forced Induction, which lead to the events of all 7 staff leaving. Preceding this event the majority of leadership has been in place for the better part of a year and a half. In that time frame the division has had ups and downs, but the trendline has been downwards in that time.

 

                                                    

 

It was a long talk regarding the state of FI’s downward slope following several meetings and attempts to correct the course for the betterment of the members and community. It came with a heavy heart that the seniors and director felt like it was a necessary move, and would be better to do it sooner rather than later. The atmosphere of FI had already been wavering under the standards previous leadership had placed, and the general thought was that giving KSI Silence 7 (with the help of KSI NEGAN 7, as his second in command) complete control of the division, would help it get to a better state.

 

As time went on though this was not the case. Two separate Directors were placed over FI after May to try and change the narrative of the division hopefully starting an upward trend. FI’s training standards did not evolutionize to help the division increase its ability to handle and deter issues, member retention did not increase, and activity was generally the same. 
 

In June of 2018 FI was at 167 members, as of the end of september it consisted of 165, with the knowledge that many of it’s squads need to be de-fluffed and some face the strong possibility of being shut down and merged. An example of this was in March regarding the squad Firebird where it was closed with 47 members registered on the squad tag, though only 4 members were transferrable to other squads within the division and the rest were fluffed out due to inactivity.

 

 

What does this mean for you?!?

 

It means for those who remain, we will be getting more involved within the division to get the division back on track, finding the future leaders of the division and in turn, the community. Performance operations will be taking a front seat in this endeavor and re educating leaders and members alike. The future is a blank slate open for the taking, for those who desire and aspire to be more.
