Get them more active on forums, and try not to let them feel left out or useless or they will leave. Don't add random "7's". Keep up on the forums. Post anything thats interesting. Get more people on game nights If you are sgt or higher you MUST have a forums account. Need more activity on squad tags. Weezer: 49 members. (not much else to talk about) Squad tag is temporarily unavailable... Disturbed: 68 members 9sgt 3lt 2cpt 1mj. lots of new cpl's are changing their names. 20 members from squad split Skillet: 73 total, no major, 3lt's, but a large ammount of pvt's. It is a great honor and pleasure to serve under such outstanding leadership. I also want to say thank you to my squad for the loyalty and devotion.
