The event will begin at 6:00 PM EST on the dot. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry into the tournament. Please be certain that all participants have read and understood the rules and regulations listed below! Tournament Rules & Regulations: No team limit per division. Late sign-ups will not be admitted. Tardiness will be grounds for disqualification. Be respectful. This includes but is not limited to: Talking back to event hosts, having an attitude after winning or losing, being rude to your opponents, taking friendly banter too far, shooting bodies, and t-bagging. T&E rulings are final unless the Co-Head, Head or CDM feel a ruling should be changed or new information/evidence is presented to rightfully alter the ruling. All participants must use a controller even if you're on PC. All participating members must be registered on Omega on or before June 14th, 2023. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in disqualification from the event. All further rules, including game settings, will be announced by T&E hosts the day of the event. The event will have a meeting 30 minutes prior to the event, all members who sign up must be available for the meeting to go over the event rules. Apex Legends Rules and Regulations: This tournament will be an online, time based challenge in which teams will be given 90 minutes to accrue as many points as possible. Points will be awarded in the following quantities Top 5 Placement: 3 points Top 3 Placement: 5 points Champion of the Arena: 10 points Additionally, 1 point will be awarded for each kill. In order to record results as truthfully possible, Team Captains are required to do the following: All Team Captains must have the T&E hosts added as a friend and have their timeline settings set to viewable by all. All after match reports that would gain the team points must be screenshot via xbox. Team Captains may use their phone to capture the results as long as the screenshots are clearly visible. IF YOU DO NOT SCREEN SHOT YOUR STATS: Tournament Hosts will not award your team points. Whatever team has the most points at the end of the tournament will be the victors. Only Divisional Leaders (Co-founder or higher) should post up the team roster below. Please use the following format: Division: Team #: 1. Team Captain: 2. Gamertag of Rep: 3. If at any time you are having issues with substantial lag, or you witnessed any rule violations, please contact your Judge AFTER completing your game with VIDEO EVIDENCE.
