Hey everybody. I haven't been terribly active on the boards here, but there's a few ideas that have been rattling through my brain that I think would be really fun to pull off within the great KSI. Specifically, one that's more on the informational side, and the other that's purely for the fun of it. I've talked with a few officers about this, but wanted to get more input from everybody and maybe get this off the ground and into something real.

First idea: This came from playing several hours with KSI-only teams in the standard game modes, and quietly observing the skill levels, gaming practices, and overall team-playing of a lot of the guys in Carnage. What I've noticed is that even when we have a good team put together with everyone knowing the strategy (eg, kill confirmed holding just one side of the map), the game will often progress with chaos and a lot of frustration. The reason seems to be the same virtually every time, and it's something very simple: A lot of players (in general) don't have very good map knowledge. They don't know the best places to mount a solid defense, or the little tricks in each map to get a good edge on the other team. I think it'd be great if we could get some of the most map-knowledgeable players together to hold a class/seminar for anyone who wants to beef up their skills in mw3. It would be totally optional, but would definitely help in encouraging greater team cooperation and give everyone a higher advantage when it comes to clan ops and any regular gameplay too.

Second idea: a KSI barbershop quartet. With cod/KSI-themed songs. Because we all want to say something back to the one guy on the other team who mouth off. "KSI? Wow, you guys are gay..." What better way to do it than in perfect harmony? Because let's face it: no one can say ANYTHING when they've just been told off by four guys singing barbershop style.

So I hear you think we're gay

And want to leave us with great dismay.

But I want to take a moment here... just to say...

Even if we're gay, it'd be okay,

and there's nothing you can do anyways,

so take your homophobe ways and walk

Just play the game, and quit the talk.

Honestly, the class similar as far as teaching squad mates how to use the map is a wonderful idea. Im sure that if you wanted to post a thread or speak with other members you can easily find people to help you with that. As far as the barber shop song, honestly i think it would give the other team more reason to poke fun at KSI and not take us seriously as a clan.

P.S. You are posting in Carnage Squad Chat thread. Theres no problem with that but i see your in NEMESIS so it might be a good idea to just create a thread all together stating your ideas.
