You could be the change in FA or you could be the reason we don't improve it's up to you. If your thinking something someone else probably is too, they are just too scared or afraid to say it. If you have a problem, idea, or issue let us know there is an open door policy as log as it is done properly and respectfully you cannot be blamed. We are one, we are KSI.
