If you really want to see Nemesis succeed (not saying anything negative or that Nemesis is failing)there are 3 things I believe you should always keep in mind. First-Set Realistic goals for squad and officers individually, If the goal is to big or has a slim to no chance of success you risk putting burden on people just to have them become discouraged because they cant meet the expectations which adds stress to the member and could and most likely will effect them negatively and in a drop in productivity and self-esteem. Also you should be able to share responsibility among one another and trust that the work will be done. If you dont feel that is happening try to find a way to get everyone on the same page.<br />Second Communication, this is a very important thing in a squad every member must be able to know info that is important to how he/she may handle a situation even more so when there is conflict and alot of info needed its good to trust the the guy next to you so to speak can handle things and relay back accurate info to you so you know how to proceed. it also is good for when the General passes down responsibilities and not all officers are there to hear it it isnt a worry if the absent officer will get the info.<br />Now Third and I think the most important is Consistency, this is key to running a smooth squad if everything is done consistently after time it becomes second nature. So let say you all everyday just went and trained one person at first youll be like dang i gotta train today but after a while you'll slowly realize you'll be getting on and itll be one of the first things you do without even thinking about it and that'll be seen by the new recruits and they will start doing it and so on and so forth.<br />These three things plus the basics every KSI member should Know are all you need to get a good smooth squad running .Sorry for the huge post just thought id try and say something that could help also again sry if this is a lil wierd its late im tired but i thought of this and had to post it ty all keep doing good work.
