Airborn 62 Posted October 9, 2011 Report Share Posted October 9, 2011 Steps to Better Firestorm: Step 1- Let everyone know about the recruit tag and get the information about it and how it works through all the squads. Step 2- Make sure that all members are following the rules as they need to be and start becoming Role Models to the lower ranking members that are in the squads Step 3- Find the leaders within all the squads and make sure they are trained accordingly. All of the squads need to be holding weekly workshops for those members who are interested in becoming leaders and building a better more trained KSI Family. Step 4- Make sure the members are happy and want to be here, not just because we need them, but because they want to be. That they don't think that they are just another number, but instead another member of the KSI family in which they long to be a part of. Step 5- Keep it going! Stoping the momentum and wanting to take breaks from building only weakens the members want to help. We need to keep pushing, growing, and becoming that of which I know our potential can be great. We need to keep members focused on the goal of building a better KSI and a more complete family. More steps to come and will be added to this. The steps will be discussed by the leaders within the division and within the squads so that we make sure we get everyone's opinion and intelligence in building not only a better KSI, but also a better Firestorm. Please do not spam this thread, if you have any ideas for more steps that we could possible use to help FS, please PM me or KSI Boomer 7. Again on behalf of the FS leadership I thank all of you for your help and support of FS through our troubles and weak-spots, but FS is here and our Fire is still burning strong and its not stopping as long as I have anything to do with it. While this looks great written up on the forums, and folks say its informative... the biggest thing is making sure it's being done.
