DoCNeSS 239
i have a msg to all squads from ibomz concerning recruitment and training MSG FROM IBOMZ: RECRUITING AND TRAINING IS NOT OPTIONAL IT IS MANDATORY ! THERE WILL BE NO MORE PROMOTIONS UNTILL OUR NUMBERS IMPROVE ! IF ANYTHING PEOPLE WILL START GETTING DEMOTIONS ! ITS TIME TO START WORKING ! Don't expect promotions if ppl under you can't fulfill the job requirements or is not trained up to speed/par as yourself. Should be consistently and constantly passing down the knowledge you obtain to your peers and subordinates to ensure smooth transition after promotions. Also helps lessen the anxiety of others who are just so desperate to get promoted. Also, it's absolutely ridiculous to have a full officer staff to only 40 members of a squad.... what's the point? Think about it.... DoCNeSS 239
^ nice xly! ********************* As we come to a close for August, we have the opportunity to nominate those we feel are the (rank) of the month! Jot those gamertags down and keep in mind why you believe they're among the best in their rank in your eyes, then complete the process by going to the AAP section of the forums and actually nominate them. This is a 11 day heads up, should be sufficient enough time to fill in all the ranks really. Just thought I'd throw it out there.
 Awards
