I should have fixed my XBL connection issues earlier so that we could have been represented at least by a GEN, a 1CPT should not have to be relied upon to represent us at DIV meetings... Thank you MIX3R, you went above and beyond. In regards to the Officers Meeting... I tried this in DL and it didn't work out unfortunately. Personally I think that this really should be organized by a CPT but I also think RP really needs this. As such... please check the topic I will post in a second. Well, for Div Leader meetings generally speaking are for CoFos and above, however, when the div leaders are not online at the time ANYONE will have to serve as a stand in to represent the division. Last meeting I was able to get a hold of xly + mixer. I didn't care which of you was able to get on, but it had to be someone. Mixer happened to be able to do so. He did a good job following directions and presenting the information appropriately. But as a precaution, some of yall should be either on xbl or on the forums/shoutbox just in case the Director is calling for a rep from this div. Division Leader Meetings are every Wednesday @ 9pm. So if you want to make yourself available around that time just in case, that'd be a great help to the RP Div Leaders. Good yall got each other's backs tho. Florence 33 Posted September 14, 2012 Report Share Posted September 14, 2012 Doc, we currently only have 1 Co-Fo, and you are aware as to why I cannot be as active at this moment as I normally am. We are greatly indebted to MIX3R because by the time I got my XBL connection set up, it would have been too late. I also made the mistake of not waiting for your explanation of WHY an RP rep was needed ASAP so I actually had no idea why I was scrambling to get the damn thing to work. So I really want to thank MIX for stepping up for the rest of us. I'm damn lucky to have a 1CPT of his quality. On another note: Only 1 sign up for the officers meeting so far? Is it just going to be Camel and myself in our own private party? When we accepted our promotions into the ranks of Officers we all should have been familiar with the Rank Structure and the responsibility that being a LT/CPT/1CPT/MAJ/GEN entails. Part of this is that we have a responsibility not only to our Squad, but to our DIV as well. How can we promote effective co-founders if they don't know the officers in the Squads they are in charge of? WARS has a unique relationship with WARLORDS, but with iBOMBz gone we can't expect him to do everything. We have to take the initiative and pick up the slack. I'm gonna start hopping on the other Squad's Chat Topics just to see if I can't begin to get to know how you guys operate and who is who. There are 236 of us in RP. That's a pretty cozy number yet for how small a DIV we are I often feel we are very much strangers outside of our own Squads. A good and easy start would be to update the DIV Leadership topic. Another easy and valuable change would be posting Squad Meeting Notes promptly and correctly detailed, that will allow DIV leadership to start getting a feel for what is going on in each Squad. Let's use the Officers Chat Topic to bounce some ideas - Recruiting, increasing forum activity - game nights... it's up to us officers and leaders to create DIV unity just like we created Squad loyalty. KSI Azrael 7 148 Posted September 14, 2012 Report Share Posted September 14, 2012 Hey guys lets all take a breath here, your going thru growing pains right now and it can cause ALOT of tension trust me FI went through the exact same thing where we had our rough patch and that lasted a hot minute lol. soldier on through it guys you can do it! u just have to be patient and take the time you need to get everyone on track, there is no fast track to getting a div right. But if you guys need help have questions and skillz my brother if you need an ear to vent to i'm here! you guys are our sister div and we as a KSI family have to look out for each other! so if your having probs hit me up and i'll do what i can to help or guide you, i'm by no means perfect and an expert but i'll definately do what i can! KSI Alpha Camel 8 Posted September 16, 2012 Report Share Posted September 16, 2012 Another saturday night in KSI very successful, all across the RP board in both black ops and MW3 game nights were happenin and meetings were gettiin done, thank you RP for showing what your made of and for all the fun opportuinities we bring I am going to create an RP You Tube chanell but I'm not going to start making vidoes unitl I get my HD PVR ( I alredy know how to edit well) but until we get our numbers and activitty up I wont be interacting/using this on a daily basis.
