Reeses 9 Posted October 17, 2012 Author Report Share Posted October 17, 2012 Hey everyone Reeses here again:D I am loving the drive that most of Void's officers are showing but they can't be the only one's showing the love for KSI. We need ALL of Void to feel the same and show the same drive. Nothing is more fun than playing games with people in KSI and that's my opinion and everyone should feel that is their opinion as much as me. Recruiting doesn't have to be done by officers alone. Sergeants can go out recruiting how ever many people they want as long as the person being recruited follows the code of conduct and this doesn't go for just sergeants, it goes for everyone. We have way more Sergeants and Staff Sergeants than officers so if our sgt's and ssgt's do more my mind couldn't even comprehend how much fun Void will be having. Also any rank can host custom game nights and the custom game nights don't have to be on a certain day. If you can get a good sized lobby to show up to a custom game by all means host one also this is a good way to show how much you like KSI and you want to be more involved and go up the ranks. Customs are a good way to have fun with everyone and not just in Void but with everyone in KSI. Everyone in KSI is your friend and you can always talk and play games with your friends and it is fun and I do it all the time because I LOVE it. Also if you want to improve yourself it never hurts to have a friendly competition at who can get more recruits that stay in KSI or who can host a custom game lobby with the most people or even who is the best at Halo:D I don't know about some people but I recommend this because it is a fun way to get stuff done and sometimes you might not realize your getting stuff done. For the next week or two and maybe even longer (just depends on how much we improve) I want all officers in Void to help every member online. No exceptions unless a valid reason for not participating in this activity is given. Officers need to be aware of everything that is going on incase a member asks you a question. If you don't feel you know the information a member wants to know ask your higher leadership but in doing this remember the KSI Chain-Of-Command: PVT & CPL ------- SGT or SSGT / SGT ------- SSGT or LT / SSGT -------- LT / LT ---------- CPT / CPT --------- GEN or CO-FO. I want to see more recruits and more fun.
