I want us to be number 1 though and I encourage everyone regardless of rank to set that as their goal and work towards it. It is obvious that AV is capable . If you play a game with someone and they happen to have a mic talk to them and play some games with them. They might want to join if you hang with them and play some games. Make sure that they are respectful and that you like playing games with them. Also, play games with every member in your squad and make them feel apart of KSI. A squad will never grow if you don't play with your members and get them enjoying KSI and having fun. If you have fluff, don't give up on them immediately that is not what KSI is about! We like to play games and socialize with our members. If they don't want to be apart of KSI be respectful to them even as they leave because they might want to come back at some point in time. Sending the fluff a message saying, " We need all members active, you don't have to devote your life to KSI but you at least need to communicate. We have squad meetings on Sundays at 8 EST and we have custom games at (whatever time your customs are) and we would LOVE to have you at our events so we can show you what KSI is truly about ::D" This is my advice. I have done this and it worked every time. There is some people who won't communicate regardless of the situation but you have to at least figure out their situation before taking drastic measures.
