I love KSI and I missed being with you guys Congratulations Beheld, Forsaken, and Swisher on become Generals!!!! If anyone and I mean anyone wants to play some games with me or just talk don't hesitate to send me some invites. AV has seen some things that some other divisions has never if not in a long time endured. This division is full of INSANELY FREAKING AMAZINGLY GREAT leaders that is why we are still here. Predator, Zohan, Beheld, Forsaken, Swisher, and USMarine have done a lot to help the division and they should be who every member considers a role model. I see great potential leaders everyday in AV and sometimes the best leader can be the ones you never expect great leadership from. Take KSIxFORSAKEN for example, one day I was hosting a custom game night on Halo Reach, we were playing Just Keep Driving 2 and Forsaken was not talking or anything, actually he wasn't doing much of anything besides killing the infected players. I got him in a party and started talking to him and I noticed he was really cool so I decided to mentor him and see if he had what it takes to be an officer. (Note: This all happened because I socialized with him) He ended up becoming the General of Fury and being a great leader!!!! Predator, Zohan, Beheld, Forsaken, Swisher, and USMarine are all great leaders they became that way because someone helped them. You don't have to be an officer to help someone become a good leader that is what it means to work together(what we all should do if not already) It makes me happy to see members having fun together and socializing. It doesn't have to be a game night or a meeting when you socialize with other KSI members it can be all the time, after all that is what KSI is all about. I am happy to be back and you better believe that I am ready to help take AV to the top. Now when you get online at any time, start socializing and get to know people in your squad then start socializing with people in other squads until you know everyone. You will make a lot of great friends and when you go recruiting take a lower ranking member with you to show them the ropes(All privates and corporals must be accompanied by at least one Sergeant when recruiting) Predator, Zohan, Beheld, Forsaken, Swisher, USMarine, and myself and others want to see AV on top now let's make those dreams come true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The whole time I've been here, it's been a fight to stay alive. It's been a fight for my division. While we were in GZ, I recruited crazily. Several recruits each day. By the time I was a 3LT two weeks after joining, I'd single handedly recruited almost 40 people. KSI SAGE 7 and KSI iLLuSiON 7 already knew who I was and what I was doing, and suddenly I was thrust into leadership. Times were good. We played together every night. Everytime I logged in, I had invites from everyone. My entire squad wanted to play with me. But not just me.EVERYONE. Clue, Just Keep Driving, Crash Up Derby, Dark Octagon, whatever. We were always playing together. And it was amazing. Though they are mostly gone now, the main group was KSI Prodigy0613 (KSI PROD1GY 7), KSI Altair, KSIPsychoMantis (KSI Gray Fox 7), KSImonsterblood, KSI BeheldX502, KSI FallnLegacy, KSI Chewbacca, KSI Osiris, KSI Satanici, and a few others. We were Refuge. And thats exactly what I found there. Refuge. I found Refuge from a Poopy life I wanted no part of. I found friends that even though they hate me now, I still miss them. Beheld knows exactly what I'm talking about when I speak of Refuge. He remembers. Then... Ground Zero split... And everything changed. Cosmic Equinox was created with three squads. Fuzion, Gravity, and Nebula. I continued my work with recruiting, working with Beheld on being an officer, and bettering myself. And we split. Gravity split into Eclipse, and I went with my mentor, KSI Altair as a 3CPT. Our lt's were KSI Juggalo (formerly KSI FallnLegacy) and KSI BeheldX502. Soon, Juggalo was kicked out after doing some things that pissed me off to no end, I told the 7's if he stayed then I left. iLLuSi0N spoke with him, and he was gone the next day. I continued working with Beheld, we gained new officers and we built our tiny little squad from 25, to 60 in just over a month. Altair received co-founder, and I became general. And I was good at it. I saw things in people. I saw potential. I saw what no one else could see. And I made damn good officers out of people. KSI KALLI KID, KSI Hockey36 xx, KSIxAchilles, KSI Saints, KSI Bruce Wayne, KSI Nate4Jesus, KSI PAPASMURF, KSI Believe, KSI Mythic, CRONUSAURUS, KSI RICHFTB. Among others. Many of you don't know some of these people. But I do. I remember their contributions. I remember their passion. If my point has not been made yet, look at the four people who claim me as their mentor. KSI BeheldX502, KSI Reeses Cups, KSI SwishierT9, and KSIxFORSAKEN. 3 are generals and Reeses is a former 1CPT. Ask the four of them of my en devours. Ask them of my sacrifices. Ask them of my dedication and willingness to place myself last. Ask them of the hours I've spent watching everyone else play games together, while I work and work to better everything. Ask them, about The Zohan. I promise they'll tell you. They are not only my mentees and people I watch daily, making sure their job is not as difficult as mine was, but my friends. For 8 months I slaved away building Eclipse, and then Void when we merged into AV. I've since lost everyone I looked up to. KSI Altair 7, KSI Gray Fox 7, and KSI PROD1GY 7. But here I stand. Holding up our division, doing what I can for everyone. Now that you guys know who I am, feel free to come to me. I'll mentor ANYONE. All you need is drive, and I can turn you into a leader. Just ask the leaders I've already mentored. AV, lets get this done. I know we can do it because I see us doing it! Remember... Our strength is not is never falling... Our strength is in the fact that we rise when we do fall... People of Void know what I'm talking about. You guys will always have me. And I'll never fall. Your not only a great leader, your a great friend and everyone who has ever known you will agree with me. You are the one who recruited me, who showed me how to be a leader, who talk to me everyday and played games with me every day, the one who inspired me to better myself with your inspirational words. You always brought out the best in me. I soon started putting 110% effort into everything I did so that you noticed how much I learned from you, some of it by just watching you. I then noticed how much I could help if I put my mind to it and developed myself a reputation as a really good leader that could do a lot for a squad and the division. I could've been a member that just joined in KSI and left within a week but you showed me the fun of KSI. I've seen great leaders come and great leaders go but Zohan you were different. When your squad started to fall and you were pushed to the brink of your squad falling. You didn't leave KSI because you were afraid to fail, no, you came back and turned that squad into one of the best squads in the division like you said you would. You are always making things fun and when something looks grim you make it seem better. Your talent at recruiting and mentoring and being a leader never ceases to amaze me. I have switched to nights at my job, and now go into work at 4 PM central Monday through Friday, and rarely leave before 3 AM central. I understand that this puts hardships on those in the division that look to me for guidance. Please, I am always here, and always able to help. Though I may not be on xbox, I always have my phone with me, and am no more than a text away. I've worked hard for this div, and being on night shift is just one more obstacle I must overcome. So please everyone, be patient with the Zohan. I am only one man, and cannot handle everything on my plate right now. I love you and miss you all dearly.
