I target individuals that i think are good possibilities...was in a match recently where a guy went 5-23 and the whole lobby clowned on him...that is the guy that i sent the message to. KSI isn't about some pro level KD or elitist club mentality it is an open gaming community for people that love gaming and want to have a positive and fun gaming experience. (the guy never messaged me back) I do not ask people who are obviously part of another organization. I don't want someone to say I poached from them. Being friendly is a plus and like the LIGHT 7 said you just barely met this person...respect is a big element. Don't be so quick to recruit that guy that is just being a royal pain in the lobby....that is the next royal pain in your squad. It is not about numbers it is about someone that really wants to be in KSI someone that will respect others and be an asset to the community and your squad.
