He has constantly been showing what it means, and how to be a Division Leader. He is always available when you need him, be it kik, live, the forums, or even facebook! This man is deserving of this award not because of him having the title of “Div Leader†but because he has the potential to be so much more. With the help of this leader, me along with many other members, have the knowledge and potential to one day be great leaders ourselves. Recently he has begun a kind of training workshop where he trains the gens, then the gens take it to each of their respective squad to increase our quality. He shows his work not by just posts on the forums, but by xbl messages also, day by day he is either sending inspirational quotes, giving a shoutout to a member that deserves it, keeping us informed on everything pertaining to FI and even KSI in general, or even just little facts that make you hungry for more info!! Constantly I heard of this officer “EvilxShinobi†doing work. But until he became gen of my squad I didn’t fully realize who he was. Once general shinobi took off in quality, not a day went by that i didnt hear from another member, or see for myself, him helping other members in need. They didn’t have to be anything extreme for him to help either, he was always willing to do his best for the member no matter the problem. Hitting the rank of Co-Fo wasn’t a maybe/maybe not, it was more of a “when†as in when will he be promoted like we all expected him to. Shinobi is an outstanding asset to Fi and will stop at nothing to help us progress in KSI. And ever since he has done nothing but WORK. Constantly I see him helping members, or simply talking to them as if he was just another member, not their gen. His members don’t see him as just their gen, but as a friend and a place of important information, and an easy place to get it as well. He never falters when asked a question, and does the absolute best to give them one, or suggest who to go to for the best answer. A member of not only T&E, he is also a member of productions, and is even applying for a spot on the GFX team, showing that clan ops isn’t all that he is capable of. Great things are to come from this member, and I am expecting sometime soon. Forum Staff (ADMIN/MODS/AAP/GFX/DEPARTMENT HEADS) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) – KSI Doctor 7 ( Senior Forum Mod) Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/4993-dantallion/ Reasoning why they deserve this – This man is constantly at work on the forums. He is either cleaning up topics, div section, or just hanging out in the sb (secretly cleaning up spam) He is a great mod and a very precise one as well. He is a friend to all, not a day goes by that I don’t see him talking to anybody, and everybody. Balancing the work load of not only Forum Mod but, being a founder of SH, he has to deal with the work of a higher up in clan ops as well! A member of the AAP (AAP Department Head) he is always seen participating in this section and making it (to my knowledge) run as smooth as possible. Recently holding apps for positions, he is always working for the better of KSI.

He keeps us under order, and gets things done. We can reach out to him for advice whenever needed, and he always tells us what's right from wrong. Therefore this following member deserves this reward. Founder Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Protocol 7 / Founder / WI Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/11521-ksi-protocol-7/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Protocol is always there when needed. He never hesitates to enforce the rules, and makes sure that we are all doing our job, and keeping members involved within squads. He's the go-to guy when we need a problem that needs to be resolved, but of course the chain of command falls in place. He leads by example, and always gives us tips on how we can make our squads better, and what we personally need to work on. Therefore this fellow member deserves this award. He always gives me advice, and tells me what I should improve on. He makes sure that we are all doing our job, and resolves issues quickly when they get to him. He knows how to get the point across, and always devoted a big portion of his time into KSI to benefit it. Therefore Midget deserves this award. He helps me motivate them, and always prevents an argument from escalating. This member tries his best to lead this squad to success, and never lets me down. Therefore this member deserves this award. LT Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Sweetpea / 1st LT / Venom WI Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/15634-sweetpea/ Reasoning why they deserve this - She’s been going above and beyond with everything, and always motivates members within the squad. Sweetpea always tells us to stay positive, even when something negatively impacts us. She is a dedicated member, and always posts the meeting notes on time. Therefore this member deserves this award.
