Die Hard: Barbie lost 10 members being hit hard by tsb/XDG yet she did not let that stop her from giving everything she had pick herself up and continue to do everything she could for her squad and the rest of FI. Staying strong being there for members and giving a lot of her heart still going above and beyond what was asked of her. She is a great person and officer. And now furthering it in becoming a gen she's Caring and treats everyone even outside of her squad as family. Member Assistance: Always helping anyone who needs it. Checking profiles making sure all party's are on invite only keeping all of FI safe.how thjs woman finds time to do all that she does to help out amazes me. She always there to answer questions or even if someone just needs to talk. And yea I agree the queen of FI is a great way of saying it. Without Barbie FI would not be the same. Mad Maxx. After the recent attacks and member loss of FI manly Velocity anyone who works as hard as she does would lose there sanity. She has lost sleep over everything that has happened this month. I do believe we need to get this woman a padded room.

Gamertag: KSI MetalBarbie (General, Velocity, Forced Induction, Judge) Link to Forums Account: @KSI MetalBarbie Award/Achivement: Mad Max and Die Hard, Member Assistance Reason/ Evidence: Member Assistance: When I met barbie I was still a Sergeant and being a rejoin I loved asking her questions because she always was willing to answer me and I have seen her answer and help multiple people in Velocity as well! Die Hard: In the last few months Barbie has been at the fore front of the recent TSB/XDG poaching and attacks because one of her officers at the time was basically the reason TSB and XDG got into our server and attacked us and they hit Velocity hard like she lost 10 people within 4 days and more counting because everyone was leaving and being poached. But even when she lost 80% of her own fellow officers her as a captain at the time has pushed through and stayed and showed she wont back down without a fight she had been basically running that squad solo for months and with this it just shows she is a valuable person that we have and she isnt going anywhere. Mad Max: She constantly fought for her squad to stay active and be safe because people didn't understand why it was so important for them to be in closed parties and to block the people they once knew as friends and officers but in the time dealing with people poaching and not listening she has yelled out like a crazy lady sometimes in the back ground because she was so crazy!

It would be neat to see some sort of tournament for Dept Ops. Similar to Spirit Week or other annual events, instead of it being divisional-based, each department would have a team to compete in this tournament.

Division Leader: Gamertag: KSI Cherry 7 (DIR - WD/LS) Link to forums account: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/34399-ksi-cherry-7/ Reasoning why they deserve this: I only had the pleasure or working with Cherry and her 7's staff for a short period of time, and that time that I did have was split in-between three divisions. What became apparent very quickly was how great of a leader she is/was to WD. I haven't gotten to see a Division Leader who cares so much about each individual member inside of my time with KSI. The leaders coming up underneath her learn from her example. Within the past month or so, WD's participation has soared through the roof. They were 2018's Spirit Week winners as well, which all goes to show that Cherry has excellent management skills, as she was not even at home for the majority of the event. She plans ahead, and as she likes to say, there is always a back up plan, and a back up plan for the back up plan. Because of her work ethic, she was recently promoted to Director, and it was very well deserved. I look forward to working along side her in the future! If ever something needed to be brought to my attention, he was very quick to let me know. Not only did he inform me of any situation, he usually came to me with a solution for whatever problem was at hand. He handles stressful situations quickly and effectively. Prophecy leads by example and treats all members with the respect they deserve. He challenges me to see things from a different perspective, and it's partly because of him that I was able to get where I am today. Kyle is constantly coming up with new and useful ideas for DM, especially within their Discord server. If you ever go party stalking, you will always find him in a party full of DM members, and even members from different divisions, hanging out and playing games. He is DM's Performance Operations liaison, and takes the time out of his schedule each week to either run the PO workshops himself, or find someone who is certified to do so. General: Gamertag: KSI T1GER (Gen - Cyanide/WD) Link to forums account: http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/43422-ksi-t1ger/ Reasoning why the deserve this: T1GER came into the General's position, and took it by storm. She is on top of all of her members at all times, and her knowledge on KSI is hard to beat. She promotes activity on the forums and through game-nights, either hosting or participating in most of them. The officers underneath her are all well trained, because T1GER takes the time to show them exactly what is expected of an officer. She attends PO workshops, and encourages others to as well. I am definitely interested to see what she can bring to the table in the near future! While I was not over them for long, Sniperclone really stuck out to me. He was always looking for ways to better himself and the members around him. He was never afraid to ask questions, and if someone couldn't answer, he would find somewhere else to look instead of just giving up. He always seemed willing to add more work to his plate if it would benefit his squad, and if someone needed help, he was always quick to volunteer himself. He's motivated, experienced, and inspires others to do better. At the same time, he is not afraid to call out any issues he may see. He won't expect you to fix them by yourself though, as he will take the time out of his day to find a solution that benefits everyone. He works well with others, and the members of his squad and others look up to him because of his willingness to lead. I get that a lot of people don't see the behind the scenes work of what Spirit Week is and can be. Along with the fun and activity comes the stress. Galahad makes being on both Productions and T&E look effortless. He hosted or streamed an event almost every day, (if not every day) and if he wasn't, he volunteered to do so. He has really stepped it up on the T&E side and I consider myself lucky to have him as a staff member.
