He has his hands in so many aspects of the KSI realm yet he balances them so well, well enough to excel at being a Co-Founder whilst handling all the other things he does in the KSI world. I know that this is to eval his performance on a Co-Founder level, However, I think it speaks volumes to his abilities as a Co-Founder and a Leader in general for him to be able to successfully do so much. He is also an amazing Co-Founder because of his amazing ability to problem solve and defuse and situation quickly, accurately, and correctly Sometimes when I myself am about to break even if its from real life or KSI related issues Pred has always had my back and knows what to do in each and every situation. He has extensive knowledge in almost every field of KSI. You can always come to him with any question and he will most likely know the answer and if not, He knows who you need to go to. Pred is an Invaluable asset to Elite Forces. It would not be what it is without him. No way. He has earned this. He has been one of the top recruiters for some time. as well as trainers. He hosts game nights all the time and even consistently sits in on other game nights. He is very active on the forums. He is everything anyone could ever want in a LT, He is a fun person to be around and has a strength in promoting activity within the squad when it gets a little low. He knows how to problem solve and manage. He has fulfilled the Duties of a LT to the fullest and then went well beyond. That is why he deserves this. He is the type of LT that has his Squad at heart. And loves them to the fullest. It shows in his activity, in his speech, and his willingness and eagerness to help his fellow Squad mates no matter what the problem may be. He's beyond earned this.

When I was GEN he helped me on a number of occasion through some difficult questions and choices. He has taught me a lot on being a good leader. Even from the beginning. He was an excellent officer in this squad and helped keep the ship on course. Now as GEN he has continued this path. Member activity is good, Recruits of good quality are consistently coming in. There are people that are working their way up and wanting to be a leader within KSI looking up to him and he is guiding them well. This squad would NOT be in the shape it is in without him. He helps everyone and anyone throughout KSI with anything. He certainly deserves this award. He has done so much and has set this squad up for such success its crazy.

I can attest to this as his General! He has done so much work as an officer in my staff to help in every single way possible. Anytime anyone in our squad has had an issue he has always been ready and willing to help no matter who it is or what the problem has been! This award is well earned in my eyes. I can't wait to see where he goes in KSI! He's got the heart to go far!

On top of everything that has been stated above me I wouldn't even really be here and as active as I am if it weren't for Jiggy. He inspires me and is what drives my longing to one day become a great 7 and great part of the leadership of this amazing community. He over night changed things in Shadow Haven and he raised morale ten fold, there were of course some.. issues.. that arose out of the way he was promoted so quickly (which I agree with 100%) But he was quick, precise, and on point to deal with them and make sure everyone understood what was going on as well as his intentions. Jiggy as far as I am concerned IS the DEFINITION of KSI. If he dosent get this award then why do we have it? Cause it is for guys like him.. I look up to Jiggy as my mentor, my friend, and and important member of my KSI family.

General Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI The Doctor General of Phoenix SH Link to forums account -http://www.ksiforums.org/user/4993-doctor-preenus/ Reasoning why the deserve this - He is probably the greatest General I have EVER met, He is Incredibly active and does all of his required duties above and beyond what is expected of him as a General, He is HIGHLY active on his squad tag sending many informative messages every single day. He is very kind, knowledgeable in all of KSI and he is very humble, though he is indeed a General with an officer staff he has no problem working and helping with low ranking member. Even if they are not in his squad. He loves his squad and he loves KSI and it shows in how dedicated he is to both of those. He deserves this award. Where to begin! He is the one who re-recruited me into KSI. He helped me coming back in and he helped me getting reaclimated to KSI. KSI Jiggy 7 is so kind and generous it's nuts. He will give up anything and everything he can to help others. Jiggy 7 is very active, loves his squad and is very knowledgeable in all KSI procedure being that he is a former KSI Director. You would never know that though if you just met him. He wouldnt tell you because he is very humble. Though he was a Director he is very proud to be our 1st LT. His level of Kindness, Humility, and Generosity is above and beyond anyone I know. Jiggy 7 deserves this award and so so so much more. He is my mentor, my LT, and my friend.

I can attest to both. As my co founder I witness him everyday go above and beyond his duties. He even helps recruit for squads from time to time, runs div wide game nights with ease while managing other duties and situatons. Which also leads into why he deserves mentor award. He taught me everything I know as a General with great ease. Any timei had a question he had the answer right away. He taught me the best way to recruit, manage Access Denieds, mentor my own officers, the list is endless. Not only does he deserve this award, it would be madness for him not to get them. This man goes above and beyond the call. The least we can do is recognize it. Covert Ops as a whole division wouldnt be anything like what it is and what it is heading to if not for Shade. Thank you Shade. Please give this man what is rightfully his.

When I meet Para I was on the verge of leaving KSI over issues in a certain squad. (wont name names) But before I did I went to the shoutbox to say some farewells and goodbyes. Para saw me and pulled me aside asking why I was going to leave. long story short he made it his mission to not only keep me and get me in a squad where I could grow and work with others happily, but also took his time off of his already busy schedule to resolve the situation. Paratroop works harder than anyone else I know and he deserves far more than just this award. KSI would surely not be what it is to me and many others if it wasnt for Paratroop.
