Cofo of the month: KSI Riiot 7 Riiot has really supported me this past month or so as general of our brand new division. He has taken the reins as kind of the head cofo in our division willing to help anyone out. He's always their for me to bounce ideas off of to make my squad better. I'm willing to attribute some of my squads success of getting 35 members over these past few weeks to his support and guidance, always giving me ideas of how to be a better general. I've been a general over 4 squads in this past year and i've never had a cofounder like Riiot to guide me and show me what it really means to be a general.

While i know it is too late to do this now, i'm thinking KSI should have its own form of March Madness. Set up HeadHunters single elimination (bracket) tournament for the month of March, KSI wide. I haven't seen a Head Hunter tournament in KSI while i've been in it and something this high profile would help give HeadHunter teams something to aim for. Winners would get the title "KSI March Madness 201- Champions (game type)" (assuming we are going to add other tournaments) and maybe something else (tbd). Discuss? If we decide to do this, we have a year to figure out the details.

Well thats the rank you chose. We need people to witness that you are the best member on the board of directors.

dont spam. So far the only witnesses are the guy that posted the award and the guy receiving the award. I'd like to see at least one more person vouch for this.

You chose BoD. Are you still on the BoD?

while that may be true, you are not being compared to everyone, you are being compared to board of director members who are also the best of the best. Seeing as you are still a BoD member, i'm sure there can still be witnesses to your current position.

With all due respect to jess, she was just promoted to Senior director. Unless she pulled some crazy Poop in the past few days, i doubt she was the best Senior Director this month

Your whole career in ksi does not serve as evidence for this award. The award, as i've said, is for a specific rank. I dont know what rank you are saying you were the most outstanding at during that time but "nothing negative" and "not getting rank suspended" or pretty much doing your job does not count as evidence. The most outstanding award is for the best person of a certain rank during that time so its whatever rank you choose and why you were better than everyone else of that rank at the time. Also, i'm speaking with fuzzy to clear up some things about FTLA

Its been about 6 months if memory serves. Also, besides you there are 3 educators in KSI. Saying "i'm one of the best" is like saying "i'm one of the educators" in my perspective. Most outstanding is for being the best at a specific rank but you seem to be citing your whole career in KSI. Thats outsanding service.
