Since there was a nomination for Founder (which would be the appropriate rank), I left the Founder nomination as is and will be placing a vote for Co-Div. All others that were of a similar situation were placed in the rank thought to be held for the majority of August. Please note, I am acting as a witness for this nomination. Outstanding Service (Lvl 1) - As illusion previously mentioned, Altair has worked his ass off in helping me through every challenge we have taken on. Back in CE, after just being promoted to a Co-Founder, it was less than a couple weeks later that he was acting as a General over a COD squad, when he was formerly a General over a Halo squad. Beyond starting a squad from scratch, in a game type he was more or less completely unfamiliar with, he had just been promoted to Co-Founder. He didn't even have the time to relish in the fact that he had made it past the General position, because he was right back in the thick of things trying to help out our division. While taking this challenge head on, he made sure that he was always available for his responsibilities as a Co-Founder as well. I can't say that none have, but I can certainly think of very few people that can successfully hold two positions at one time and successfully fulfill the obligations to both. He is absolutely deserving of this award, as I feel that saying he goes above and beyond the normal call of duty would be a significant understatement. Member Assistance - As outlined in the previous, he has always had the best interests of KSI members in mind, and is always making himself available to assist others. He is a mentor to many, and assists many more. He certainly meets all qualifications for this award. Mentor - Although I cannot claim Altair as my direct mentor, I have always valued his opinion in making important decisions and will continue to do so in the future. His knowledge and guidance is sought after by many and I can easily attest to knowing at least 5 members who consider him their mentor. SWAT - I confirm that Altair was a member of the SWAT team when I was General. Griffball - I confirm Altair's status on the Griffball team as well. My apologies for taking so long to witness. It's been a busy few weeks!

Sorry, I missed Zohan listing me as possible witness for Forge too. He brought the Forge team request to me in the first place, so I confirm his participation on the Forge team as well.

First, @SXE Prophet 7 - Thank you. Not just for the nomination, but for your kind words and compliments. It truly does mean a lot to be recognized and thought of in such a manner, from a member such as yourself. Now I'm not trying to put you in a negative light Exodus, because I'm sure you did accomplish the things you said, but you were already nominated by numerous noteworthy members. Is it really necessary to nominate yourself on top of that, even without considering it is right there in rule 2, telling you not to? C'mon bud, if anything, just leave whatever rank you hold blank. Senior Director KSI Chaos 7 - Over All of KSI Link to forums account - KSI Chaos 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - After having the pleasure of speaking with our COS multiple times now, it is quite evident why he is in the position that he is. He enjoys reaching out to KSI, but knows how to take a firm tone when necessary. He is always willing to lend his knowledge out to those willing to listen and that defines the true qualities of a leader. Director KSI ROMAN 7 - Over TW & DL Link to forums account - KSI ROMAN 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - Although I do not have daily interaction with ROMAN, I hear nothing but good things about him from our fellow members of KSI. His voice, although admittedly intimidating at first, is one of friendliness. We may not get to see the inner workings of our directors on a day to day basis, but I know this guy works his but off and is well worthy of this award. Division Leader KSI Arc 7 - Over DR Link to forums account - KSI Arc 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - It seems like everywhere I go, I see this member's name. Whether fellow members paying compliment, or his efforts pertaining to forum activity. I think his hard work and dedication not only to DR, but KSI as a whole makes this member deserving of this award. Co-Division Leader KSI Paratroop 7 - Over CO Link to forums account - KSI Paratroop 7 Reasoning why they deserve this -Especially as of late, with all of the security issues, this member has worked around the clock in making sure that KSI is kept safe. He is constantly following up with people to make sure that issues get addressed and does so in a classy manner. If not for the pure fact of going above and beyond, his calm demeanor and respectful nature are one of a kind. This guy is more than deserving of this award. Founder Withholding nomination to avoid bias. Co-Founder As my vote would be within AV, I've decided that because we were very recently created from a merge, I'm withholding my nomination here as well. This is to avoid any feelings of favoritism/bias towards one of the two previous division's leaders. He is constantly in contact with leaders about issues and has a genuine willingness to learn. His strive for improvement and dedication to this community is matched by only the best in his position. Major KSI iPikachui - Rapture AV Link to forums account - KSI iPikachui Reasoning why they deserve this - With the events of the past month, this member has endured many different types of adversity. Through thick and thin, this guy has always put his best foot forward in his attempts to become a future leader. When the General of the squad was not around to handle matters, this member took hold of his position and did what was necessary to keep the squad functional. In doing so, he went above and beyond all expectations and positional requirements to be the best he could be. Captain KSImonsterblood (1CPT) - Strife AV Link to forums account - KSImonsterblood Reasoning why they deserve this - As one of the most respectful KSI members I have met to date, this girl is one of a kind. She stands up for what she believes in, no matter who is on the receiving end. The key point, is that her beliefs are what makes a quality member in KSI. She is constantly looking for ways to keep the squad active and just having a good time, whether through her weekly game nights, or just her friendly demeanor. I have the utmost respect for this member and believe that this nomination is long past due. Lieutenant KSI N30N G34R (4LT) - Rapture AV Link to forums account - KSI N30N G34R Reasoning why they deserve this - Having just met this member, he is one of the most active members I have seen in a long time. I don't think I have yet to sign online and not see this guy on. He is always friendly and respectful, but doesn't mind a completely informal conversation either. I feel that this member exemplifies the true beginnings of an excellent leader and has true potential to achieve whatever he puts his mind to. Forum Staff KSI ImPeRiiuM 7 (Forum Moderator) - Founder Over GZ Link to forums account - KSI ImPeRiiuM 7 Reasoning why they deserve this - This guy is ALWAYS doing some kind of work for the community. If I had his workload with my schedule, I'd go insane. He is always looking to become better than he already is (which certainly cannot be easy) and strives for nothing but the best. This guy is a very hard worker in all aspects of what he does for KSI and for that, I feel that this award is rightfully nominated in his name. Member KSI Reeses Cups (3CPT) - Void AV Link to forums account - KSI Reeses Cups Reasoning why they deserve this - I personally witnessed this member sit in parties with his General for HOURS on end, helping him figure out squad tag issues, getting members' profiles adjusted properly, you name it. This guy uses boredom as an excuse for being awesome. He is like a fly on poop when it comes to learning new things from his General, because of his genuine fondness to learn more and become a future leader in KSI. I look forward to seeing what this guy can do as a leader in KSI some day, because the only thing that would be able to stand in his way would be himself, and if I know this guy like I believe I do, that certainly will not be an issue!

I am witnessing on this one. Zohan was one of my officers when I was the General of Refuge GZ and Gravity CE. I can confirm his participation on both the SWAT team and the Sniper team during that time. I can also attest to knowing at least 5 members who consider Zohan their Mentor.

I would think that someone who has been awarded "COMMITTED" that vouches for someone else is sufficient. Has Exodus been in KSI the entire length of time, or were there any lapses in membership? Getting Exiled to provide a witness statement would alleviate any doubts from me. As long as he's been active the entire year and you can get Exiled to confirm, it's a yes from me.

Trainer - Yes Donor - Odin to confirm, or a witness who received donation as a competitive prize (would require specific competition details). Shop Awards - Use items, give it a day or two, and let us know if you encounter further issues.

Trainer - Would like a few more witnesses, but the Co-Founder or higher witness statement has been met. Donor - Odin to confirm Shop Awards - You have to "use" the items when you view your purchases. Using the purchased items prompts the awards to show up on your awards bar in your signature.

For the record, I AM mistaken about NIGHTLOCK. Please regard their witness statement as authentic and legitimate and disregard my misguided thought process in that regard. The relevant gamertag was PYRO something or another, not NIGHTLOCK..

1 - Sage told you in the party that we were in that he gave no such authorization, which is irrelevant, because it is the directors who give final approval. 2 - You were on vacation? Perhaps you remember joining a party with Sage and myself, in which we then brought in Double J to resolve the matter. We explained to you that all div transfers needed to be done through each div's director. 3 - I do believe Instinct stated that it was you, when you were under the templar gamertag, that got him recruited and situated into LS. 4 - Nightlock used to be in Fuzion under another gamertag, quit along with Instinct, switched his GT to Nightlock, and joined LS under the new name. This was confirmed by the then General of Fuzion, KSI ATTOM. Arguing over the facts will not give this nomination any better a chance of being awarded and is highly frowned upon. If you wish to discuss this further, please contact me over XBL or a PM. I've said what I needed to say and that's it. It's up to the AAP members who have no bias in this decision to vote on the information they have been given from all parties.

First and foremost, as discussed amongst staff, I am taking a role as a witness and not voting on this nomination in order to avoid any bias. So, moving forward. With all due respect Jar Jar, you were the one who initiated the illegal transfer. Lacking communication through the appropriate channels is no excuse for "not knowing the proper procedure." You did present yourself in a polite and mature manner when confronted by Sage and I, which made the outcome a more proactive conclusion to the matter. However, judgement of the reasoning for Instinct's transfer was not your call to make, so I don't think it is appropriate for you to support whether or not such reasoning was justifiable or not. I would also like to note that NIGHTLOCK, if my memory serves correctly, was another member of Fuzion at the time who illegally transferred over to LS. I am not, nor was aware of this transfer ever being resolved due to a switch in gamertags (switched to NIGHTLOCK from a different name that I don't remember), which calls into question any testimony provided by this member in this particular circumstance. Finally, I would just like to say that I am open to the idea that Instinct has become a better member than in the past, and has taken on his new responsibilities with a much stronger foundation. This information is in no way meant to degrade or flame any member mentioned in these postings. These situations are all in the past and are certainly not a testament to the gamer's current KSI motives. The facts as provided herein are purely for informational purposes, which may be used by AAP in their decision to determine the merit behind the subject nomination. I have provided all that was intended and leave the decision to my fellow AAP members for voting.

I'm sure that his squad IS going to be very successful and I have no doubt that Instinct works hard, but with regard to your support, I believe it is necessary to bring up a couple points for the AAP staff's reference. Instinct went to a SGT in Wrath LS by means of an illegal division transfer out of Fuzion CE, a squad in dire need of leadership and quality recruiters that never surfaced, leading to the dissemination of the squad. The transfer was resolved with Instinct, but my question is this, where were the quality recruiting tactics and initiatives back in Fuzion? If Instinct took 30 inactive members to 65 active members in Wrath, why wasn't that done when he was in Fuzion, with a squad that desperately needed someone to step up and take the reigns? Now this doesn't refute the fact that he may be doing well in LS, but it also doesn't erase the fact of what he did not do in the not so distant past. I would be interested in hearing the input of the other AAP members before placing my vote.

I assumed as much, hence my vote to award as nominated. That's why I said "in the proper manner." A witness statement should provide some sort of explanation to sufficiently validate the claims made and reinforce the legitimacy of the witness' relevance in supporting the nominations. Simply putting "yes" lacks the details necessary (for me at least) to make a confident vote in favor of the nominee. Due to the nature of the nominated awards however, extensive support was not really necessary. Just something for Lusty to keep in mind for any future witness attempts.

Member Assistance - 2/3 Please get one more witness. Outstanding Service (Level 1) - Need more than "works very hard for Wrath..." The General position is arguably the most demanding and difficult position within KSI. Working hard is a part of every General's duties. It is the distinguishing factor as to whether or not they have the capabilities of pursuing a position of leadership. As stated in the award's description, outstanding service denotes someone who "...Has worked Harder than most around them..." What evidence shows that Instinct has worked harder than most of the other Generals in KSI? Doing that of which is expected of you, does not automatically qualify you for the award. It is the exemplary characteristics that define truly outstanding service. Not that Instinct does not portray such characteristics, but that better evidence is provided by the witnesses attesting to the nominee's KSI performance and service.
