Im dropping my vote for this one guys- due to the fact Emmy is more outstanding than even I know. However I have seen her do alot so I shall testify here. KSI Emmy. Now lets get things straight to begin with: She is Swedish, so for her to attend General meetings, Weekend Warfare or any other KSI wide event she has to stay up even later than the average member to participate, which she does now on a regular basis. So she is committed, fair enough alot of people are committed no matter where they live, so lets more on to what she has actually done so far in the start of a long and to be fruitful Career here in KSI. When I first met Emmy She was the 1st Captain in Pride, GZ trying to pick up the slack in the wake of a General who unfortunately just didn't have the time to run things anymore, She ran the squad from behind the scenes for a period of between 4-7 months (Correct me if i'm wrong) in this time she did not give up hope, she continued to struggle on in the hope her general would return so she could work side by side with him to achieve squad excellent and prosperity. Outside of her division she continuously helps people and points them in the right direction of information, or the person that they require. These are all acts I have witnessed first hand. So that's the first part of it I suppose. Besides the compassion, dedication and full blown commitment she has shown to her squad, she continues to impact others throughout the community, being on the AAP staff she works with the other staff members to vote upon nominations and is constantly reminding me not to get ahead of myself! Assisting the newer staff members to get acquainted with how things run, and keeping an eye on how nominations are being put forth to make sure there is no foul play or favoritism involved. Emmy is also an active Staff member in T&E, now this is another reason I mentioned that she is 6 hours ahead of EST time, she stays up till small hours in the morning to help organize and host events for others to partake in and enjoy! Honestly no matter what Emmy does, she goes above and beyond what she is expected to do, she does amazing work inside her squad and Division and will continue to impact this community for a long time to come.

Senior Leader (SENIOR DIRECTOR through CEO) Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Greg 7 Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/109-ksi-greg-7/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Now prior to this month I have had little to no interaction with this Senior Director, however in the last month he has brough forth another gold mine of knowledge for me to unearth at my leisure, he is always there when you need him and he will not turn you down unless he is in a meeting or dealing with heavy things. Greg is not only extremly welcoming but he will even come game with you as he teaches you the ways of KSI. Greg has become increasingly a role model(to the members who havent had the pleasure of working with him before) along with the other senior directors for taking on the responsibilies of the Directors and for getting more involved with divisional and occassionally Squad activities. Every day I am hauled into parties with the boss to discuss divisional ideas, problems, solutions and new ways to invigorate people to stay interested, not only in their squads and our division, but in the entirety of KSI. He has an eye for spotting details that most people will not see unless he points it out. No matter how people perceive Sinister his intentions are always positive and pure and he does what he does out of pure love for this community. This month he has foiled multiple attempted poaching and set up Last Strikes first Xbox one squad, with that in mind he is continually setting new standards for the division for each squad to acheive. He has set into motion a new way of ensuring training and knowledge is being spread around the division in a regualar and timely fashion by implementing a specific number of mandatory workshops per month. In my own personal encounters with Sinister, he continues to strive to make my own personal knowledge, Divisional and KSI wide operational knowledge as close to his own as he can. That is not something to be sniffed at. This has been very obvious in the past month after he took on the role of acting general over our Advanced Warfare. He has put his heart and soul into a squad which wasnt in a good place, and has seen results like no other! He has also taken on the role of being over our Legend squad as their co-founder, something he has no experienced before, nor did he expect! Brutus is a doer, he does not sit around expecting results to happen, he goes out on the ground and makes things happen! He does his training, he does his recruiting and he makes sure everyone under him knows how to too! No matter what topic or subject comes up, if Brutus isnt sure, he goes to a leader he is certain will know the answer, if he can he will look up everything on the forums and make sure he is up to date with all the information he can be up to date with. On the topic of the forums, Brutus does not have a laptop and so spends about an hour each day tediously typing up motivational messages for each of his squad chats plus the division chat. I dont know any other leader that actually does that. Despite every obsticale that comes in Brutuses way, he always percervers, he never backs down and always tries to get what his squads and members deserve. Captain Gamertag (Rank - Division/Squad) - KSI Akame Link to forums account - http://www.ksiforums.org/user/26390-ksi-akame/ Reasoning why they deserve this - Akame is one of a Kind, like any model captain he continously helps his General to run the squad. He is always on the ground helping his Lts&SSgts to orientate and train new members, Organising raids and other destiny related events for newer members who are not familiar with everyone just yet. Dont get me wrong, Akame has alot to learn, but from his reletivley short period of time being in the community he has done an incredible amount of a short space of time. I compare Akame to myself in many respects, he hunts for things to do and new people to meet and socialise with, he apsires to get better and tries to meet with people who can help him learn more and continually better himself. This past month Akame has been exponentially helpfull as Mufusa has had Military Duties to preform and has not been around as much as he would like to be, so Akame has jumped headfirst into the oppurtunity and has made sure the squad has been running smooth, without hickups and drama free at all times.
