I'M BACK in KSI !!

What can i say about Madball ? What do I have to say about him being my mentor ? 
 
Well I could start by saying that no matter how busy is life and schedule can be, I always found ear to tlak to, no matter if I were the member or the man wishing to talk to him.
 
He's in large part the reason I became an officer in KSI, and he's the reason I am not only the officer I am now, but the General I am too.
 
No matter, if I am now in Killjoy or not, I can still find the same ear to listen to my issue or just to my life. And I can still get the same help and tricks as how to become a better helping hand for my members and friends in KSI.
 
He showed me how to be a great captain and supported me on the task. Guided me on how to make workshop work and how to make sure I follow every required details when undergoing one.
 
He's the man that thought me how to fulfill every task as a captain, but also several of the tasks a General must attend. 
 
Sometimes out of necessity, sometimes simply because I either was asking about it, and damn do I ask a lot of questions, and sometimes only because he felt like I should know about it.
 
He never proposed to mentor me nor did I ask him, but it felt natural with all are talking and all the help ad time he offered me that I considered him my mentor.
 
And so I added it to my in-game bio, he eventually saw it, but I never changed my mind on that decision, even when I left the Trocity squad and assumed a higher position in Killjoy to help make this squad much better as I was thought to do in Trocity mainly by Madball.

I must say I like pink usually but not the result it does on our gears
 
Still the people of Killjoy have voted for it, and I shall respect their wish
 
Should there be many voices raised against the current color, then perhaps a new color change could be put under thought
 
But for now I feel as follow:
 
You wanted a different color ? You should have made the effort to convince people to vote for such color and to be active in voting
 
Perhaps next time our people will be more active when they see a result they arent all fond of.

Reasoning: Well first to be honest, though I've heard the name of the other Senior Leader and read on the forum some of their post. Greg is the only one I've had the opportunity to meet in game. Most likely because he's the director in charge of the division I'm part of. Also because he seems to me, to be an easy person to approach and have a truthful discussion with without being scared of him due to the position he has. He's a respectful and easy going person from which you never hear anything wrong about and even better, when you hear something about him or someone mentioning his name it is always positive. Greg is to my perception a very taciturn kind of person, but joyful to be around, and he transmits this fever to the people he comes across.

Reasoning: Heero aka Sage Mode Naruto has he puts it on the forum, is a totally devoted person to the KSI community in general. Always willing to help, like I said in the previous AAP of the month, that he did get by the way, he will often forget himself and gives too much of his time and himself to better his division and assist other divisions as well, but also every members who would require his assistance in any ways. The man his too generous of his time and in my opinion it affects his energy or health. He puts everything aside to maintain the highest standard he can dream of for KSI, no matter the cost to his person. That makes him an extraordinary human being, and there for person and player to be around. I'm proud of my division leader, as I'm sure many more are feeling the same way about him. For such simple facts, I want to nominate him for the Division Leader of the year.

Reasoning: Though a wee bit harder too contact in game, he's easy to get in contact with on the forum. Sworn is offering a helpful hand when ever required of him. Like Greg 7, you wont hear Sworn 7 talking much, unless he's got something brilliant or useful to say. He's no spammer... His words and actions seem to me like they are calculated. Nothing is said or done without a goal to achieve, but a goal useful to the KSI community or any of its members.

Though there's such a thing as a chain of command, and I follow it, I find most of my answer by talking with my squad general weekly if not daily, but I know that if I can't find an answer that fits my questions and personnal interrogations properly, I know I can find in this Founder, an truthful and respectful ear and voice to which I can confide to.

Reasoning: Though i know a few Co-fo, Nico remains my favorite, is it because he's co-founder to the division I'm in, or is it because he's the one I go to each time I'm in need of new answers, when squad officers weren't enough in the past and even sometimes now, I cannot say, but I know for certain that he will always be there, as long has he is a 7, to listen to people needs and thoughts, and even if wouldn't be a 7, Nico is in my opinion a natural helper to all.

Reasoning: The burden that was then on KSI Hermosa's shoulder, felt on Brianna's when she came to be the new General for Killjoy lately. With a very short staff, she had and still has to struggle to maintain her boat afloat and keep Killjoy reputation. Though her resources are limited she is succeeding in her endeavour. The killjoy adventure didn't stop with the departure of KSI Hermosa, and ToxicRain with her squad members and officers is making Killjoy of TW and KSI crown jewel, no matter the pitfall she faces for the division her squad is in, the squad itself of course and its members. She is a survivor, working for her squad indeed but also offering her time to players outside her squad, always willing to have a great chat with anyone who wishes it and helping anyone who requires her need should she be able to bring the required help to the person in need.

Reasoning: Though he is a general now, I met him as the Trocity captain for a much longer time, and on my opinion, I believe that our former and first squad general in Trocity didn't make is life any easier. Madball had to do a large part of Domo's general job for a time, though it is expected of KSI Madball13 in his position of captain, he has been acting general so to speak, for a long time before taking on the job officially, and had to give some pep to the officers and members at the time and still now and then today, to keep everyone in the mood not to play, that players already have it, but in the mood to invest themselves and there for their time in the squad and the KSI community. Alone, he wouldn't have achieve what he did, but without him, I doubt Trocity would be what it is today, of course, but I doubt Trocity  would even be as close as what it is today. He is, in my opinion again, a pillar to TW and has been since his time as captain, to my knowledge. For that reason I propose him as captain of the year, instead of General. Instead of limiting my reasoning to the contact I have with him, I prefer here to bring my thought on what I saw and concluded from such perception of his time as captain in Trocity, for it is the only squad I've been and still is in.

Things about KSI Madball13...
 
I shall start with the award for member assistance. To put it simply, the man is always present for his fellows either in Trocity or any other squad and division. His vision isn't simply targeted on his squad, he will lend a hand to anyone that needs an answer to any question or a helping hand with issues in game and outside. Outside isn'T limited to the forums and other website directly or not, related to KSI. He's caring and attentive to the people in general, as long as they are nice to be around with, for I never met anyone who misbehaved around him and didn't respect him and the KSI code of conduct to a point of no return when in his presence. His energy press people to respect each other and that helps him in helping others, by making sure that everyone is both listening and learning when around him. He will help people, and get them to help themselves and others at the same time. There aren't anyquestion that this amazing KSI officer will not answer. And even if the answer isn't known to him, he will attempt to help people by referring to the appropriate "leader" as our rules command, but not only for this reason, but mainly because he wants people to find answer and peace in their quest for knowledge respectable gameplay, for when a person doesn't have answer to a question this person could cause more damage without it in collateral damage, and trouble from one to a lot of other players with their gameplay experience by continuing in demanding answers to their one or many questions remained unsolved. So not only is he willing to help anyone but he is helping everyone.
 
 
Now, as for the award for outstanding service, I will try to make it short. In addition to his assistance to players from all KSI, Madball has benne replacing our former General KSI Domo for quite some time in some of his duties, and his still doing so now that he's our highest officer in Trocity. His charge as a leader as always been high as most people in his position of course, but the man his dedicated to his squad and division. He will host at least 2 gamenights per week, every week. He is also taking care of weekly meetings, assisting officers in their chores should they need any, like a big brother watching over somebody's shoulder ready to assist when the person seems to need guidance. The man is always present on the game and the forum on a daily basis, he doesn't limit hiself to the the chores he's been assign with, but will instead use in creativity before others tell him the path he is to take. His forums post in every thread that he did post in are considerate of others and not close to some might call spamming, if he needs to behave in such manner, we all knowm bit not everyone has the inner energy to restrict ourself to use private messages for similar behaving. As a player, a leader and a person, the man that is KSI Madball13 is, and I'm positively sure, will remain a role model, for which this award and the precedent are well deserved.

Reasoning : Well he's the only co-div that I've had the pleasure to discuss with more than once. He is overwhelming and present for everyone who wants to contact him wether they need him or not he will be taking some of his time to discuss with them. He is present for his people and caring, that in my opinion makes him important and deserving.

Reasons : He's my favorite general, ... I wonder why ? hum... He is present and caring for his members even if he is on Bops and not on Halo. He knows how to choose to right people to surround him and keep his troops happy and in harmony. He believes in people and try to see the good and possibility for everyone even if discarding some of them would be easier to do and live with. He will take hard decision and live with them, and will accept the opinions of others before making any judgement. He's right and just.

Reason : He has to support Domo and act as General here and then, now those are big shoes to fill and he's been doing it brilliantly, why wouldn't he deserve that award. He brings joy to every members of his squad and try to entertain and bring these people together to increase the activity and the living atmosphere in the Trocity squad.

Reason : He's the one on which I can always count when I need to ask anything (advice, question, rule, ...) He'S the first one I go to the second I need to chat, even if it's not related to KSI activity I always go to him. He's kind and caring and always willing to do his job and help others. He will help anyone that needs him or aks him, but unlike other people he will not force himself in your life but you will always know that he's present for you if you were to need him.
