well Im thinking of Reworking the Fail attempt on division of the months to Each division gets their own thread to Nominate people from their div for and we then put those votes to the Of the Months.... Cos more people Voted in Divisionals than the actual of the month. so i Think it very well could be a better nomination system. and idk in all honesty. alot fluff was in the votes....I been siting reading thru them from time to time. I honestly cannot decide. im tempted to list them all up and put them in a poll in here so we vote on who should have what...
