Lately I've been Hooked on Zootopia.. But i don't know if id call it my favourite

I could sit here and explain everything ascend has done to earn this award but i can't find a way to phrase everything he has done to help not only myself but the division and the people that call it home. Actions can speak louder then words and i can't find the words to express How much this member does. He motivates everyone he can He is there when people need him He has helped LW get to the point where we are. He develops leaders beneath him & helps them succeed. Just a few joint notes on what he has done. I could sit here for well over an hour and type up everything in more detail. But Outstanding service isn't measured by how much time a member sits and types up about everything he has done to deserve it, It should be determined by how much people know about what he has done and how many people he has supported. Ascend i hope you can get this award you really do deserve it.

Division Leader KSI Ascend 7 Division Leader LW http://www.ksiforums.org/profile/26961-ascendinator-siete/ Ascend isn’t just a leader within the division he is a friend. ascend has been there for me when i needed a person to talk to and because of him I’m striving to do more for not only my squad but the division. He is always willing to answer questions about whatever we need and if not he will be straight up and tell us to follow chain. This is something that gets overlooked sometimes. Having a leader be straight up and tell you how it is. Ascend is amazing to have as our leader and also to have a friend. He is always working hard and even keeps me on my toes. He is a great person to be around and i believe the squad will start to become more active having him where he is.. He is an amazing leader and a great friend to the members within the squad. Muerte if your reading this keeping working hard. I love everything you do man (might edit to add 1-2more)

if i had to pick just one i would say probably Pitch Perfect (1 or 2) lol and i just love the characters and i totally don't sing along to every single song in the movie i swear lol

Ive learned a lot from him and am still learning. He and Muddy both together are an amazing pair of leaders and better both members and their division. Ascend has worked with the division and squad in it for a while and we are all successful because he has taken almost every officer under a wing at some point. He isn’t afraid to be honest with you to help you grow which i find the bet way to develop. Ascend is the heartbeat to LW with out him we would’t function. I’ve learned so much for her and she is always wise and pushing everyone to do their best and get their voice out there. She listens to what members need to say and offers suggestions. The amount of knowledge she has to share never fails to amaze me. I learn so much from her everyday and i don’t think she knows how much i am learning from her. If it wasn’t for muddy and he wisdom & knowledge i wouldn’t be where i am. Today she keeps pushing everyone in LW to Succeed and because of that many of us are. Muddy is like the Brain to LW without her we wouldn’t be moving forward. He has been busting his butt since he was a SGT and cleared to RCT. He has been recruiting staying active and motivating members to want to move up in ranks and also motivate those above him to work harder. He is always there when people need him there and is always looking to better himself and the people around him. Im very proud to have him in my officer staff. This guy has deserved this award for a while for his hard work but he hasn’t gotten any sort of shout out or shout out really for his hard work. He is a major Key in Hannibal’s current success and this would show him how much he is appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my nominations

I think the OTY's are an amazing idea but i think learning the gamer tags of the members a bit better would make it a bit more smoother to follow. I only say that as mine got messed up (Alley Circe not Alley Circle*). Other then that i think it was good. I think everyone that got the OTY title deserved it for all the hard work they have put into not only KSI but the people that call it family.
